Just got my set and I'm really pleased for the most part, but I was hoping you guys could advise me on how to fix a couple of issues. First, Dr. Crank won't connect with Heavy Labour. Everything is in the right place and I can get the clip to lock, but the posts aren't locking, and he's just sort of sitting there. A light breeze can knock him off...

Then there's Madblender's head. It's loose. when I pull it up in robot it's really loose.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I suspect one of two things. Either you haven't pushed the Dr. down hard enough to engage the posts (they can be VERY stubborn) or the posts are worn out. As for MB's head, it too is either not fully engaged or just worn out.

Everything is brand new, and I did get the Dr. to engage properly. But Madblender's head is still loose.

If it's a ball peg you could try the old tried and true future polish method....I haven't touched mine in decades but I'm pretty sure my guys heads loose too... I just dealt with it.

Sorry to Necrotitan this beast of a thread but I'm seriously considering getting a TFC Hercules to go along with my Hasbro Combiner Wars/Power Of The Primes combiners. He seems like the perfect scale and the price is right and I've always wanted one. So with that said can anyone tell me what the overall durability of this guy is?

Honestly he looks pretty damn beefy and if I had to guess I'd say he's every bit as durable if not more-so than the Hasbro Combiner Wars figures. Looking to see if he can handle some supervised play with my boys, we like to set up battles and they do great with the Hasbro stuff but we need a Devastator!

He’s very solid. He scales perfectly with combiner wars.
I broke a bit off him a few weeks ago but that’s not hercules fault I had bend the plastic from its tip and caused it to snap.
    I’d 100% recommend him

It's been a while since I sold mine but it was very durable. It took a few accidental falls from my shelf when I was moving stuff and it survived intact.

I find him durable - no issues at all. The main reason I got him was his size - fits well with HasTak CW combiners.

Oh yeah, he scales well with “Year of the Snake” Omega (my CHUG Omega), who’s slightly taller and bulkier...just like in the original toon.

My only complain is that I need to adjust the legs to get him standing.

I've had mine since each individual figure was released and have had no problems. I did have to add a piece of eraser here and there to tension some ratchets (these problems could very well have been rectified in later releases) but appart from that there is nothing I can complain about. He's the only devy I have owned and I'm not tempted to get any other ones. Can't beat him for CHUG scale IMO.

Thanks guys, you've all been very helpful in confirming what I had believed about this figure, now to acquire the necessary funds!

Great figure for its time. I bought mine for 200 thinking the price may go up, lol. I have it boxed up, I may take it and display it again.

I still love mine enough to have him on display ... Hercules was such an exciting ride at the time for 3P toys and he's easy enough to transform that he's actually fun to play with... I love the combining gun gimmick a lot too!

I got my TFC Hercules today and I love it!

I've got a couple questions for long time owners of Herc.

1- I think my Structor might be broken, one of the ratcheted gray pieces that the front wheels and the arms mount to is super tight with a lot of ratchet clicks. The other one turns a lot more freely and seems like it only has a very soft ratchet that locks detents every 90 degrees. What is normal and should I seek a replacement?

2- There is A LOT of slop in the hips on my Heavy Labor. He the ratchets seem pretty decent but it's the space in between the clicks that I'm talking about. Is mine looser than normal or was this just how the figure is?
