Guys...any of you know how to change the batteries for MP-01/04?

I finally (after 10,000 years) de-MISBed my MP-01 to transform and tried to light up the LED but it doesn't light up

so I'm thinking the battery's died on me but I don't know where the battery compartment is..

On the manual, it states the grey Matrix holder-compartment in Prime's chest as battery compartment but how to open it out if tt's the one?

Advice bros?

 

well that gray peice rotates for transformation and comes out fairly easily. I dont have it in front of me to check but its easy to pop out and take a looksy

 

Very true, that. Appearance improves 100000x but crappy and loose joints are still crappy and loose. Mine was combined, taken some photos and it's back into the boxes for now.

Let's pray that's the only thing that had happened, and nothing more......

yup, you take out the matrix and open up th egrey compartment. Unscrew the small screw and you should be able to change out the batteries...hopefully they have not corroded inside the compartment...otherwise your prime will never light up unless you redo the contacts.

Good luck searching for it, or any M.A.S.K vehicles for that matter, bro. They don't come cheap now.... (for the condition you want them to be in)

Took it out and yeah it did corrode abit but nothing too serious..

all that was needed was a bit of filing away of the blue oxide thingy and it works as good as new again  

I have to say..MP-01 might be filmsy but it sure as hell is damn posable..I feel like finding place to display him but my cabinet no space  

(PS: Damn I wanna get a trailer for him!!..iGear's unofficial trailer looks good so far!)
