Skrulls? Works for me! Much better than the major fight being everyone vs the Hulk. Altbough a little Hulk vs Avengers battle at the end like in the Ultimate Avenger movie would be cool too.

 

Yes!This is exactly what I had hoped for, It's either them or Ultron.

 

Skrulls are petty screw with they faces a guys with armor,A Norse God,A America Hero,A Green Mad gaint, & the S.H.I.L.D.

The Skrulls would be awesome villains! I personally can't wait for the Avengers movie, they are my favorite superheroes of all-time.

 

I dislike the idea. Really don't like Marvel doing a Secret Invasion movie already.

 

Who said anything about it being a 'Secret Invasion' movie? I think it'll just be them coming to take over the world, or something ot that effect..

 

If they do a Skrulls movie, it'll be terrible like those FF films.

 

If they do it like in the Ultimates comics then I am all for it. Still hope they'll squeeze one fight between the Hulk and the Avengers.

 

Protip - Marvel published comics before 2008, many of which even featured The Skrulls.

 

Addendum: first appearance of the Skrulls was 1962.

I'm pretty sure almost 50 years of continuity had some invasion plotlines before recently.

Okay guys, I realize all of this. But what are the odds or Marvel using an older story-line instead of the more recent one. Besides, I thought the Avengers movie was going to focus on the Hulk as the villian. What happened to that idea?

Maybe that's why I am against it. I wanted to see Hulk vs. The Avengers.

 

If It's Like Ultimate Avengers, I'm All For It! Now, Who's All In The Avengers Movie So Far? Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Nick Fury, Black Widow, And War Machine, Right?

 

Since the Thor movie will be coming out before this, I really don't see any reason why they can't go by the storyline of the original comics and have Loki be the manipulator behind everybody thinking Hulk is "the villain".

Skrulls would be a bit much, IMO.

 

Also antman and maybe hawkeye(atleast hawkeye before he is hawkeye as a SHIELD agent). Skrulls I wouldn't mind but MODOK I think would be a better idea but I'm glad that atleast hulk won't be the main villian still aggrevates me that he will be.

 

Why Not ULTRON!? What's Wrong With Him?

 

Perhaps a Skrull impersonates the Hulk therefore getting the Avengers to fight him. Framing the Hulk for something is one of the oldest tricks in the book if you want heroes to fight him.

 

I don't read many comics and i maybe way off on this but aren't the Skrulls much more closely linked with the Fantastic 4 than to the Avengers?

 

Ultron needs to built up before he turns bad. Have hank build him in the first as a cute rd-d2 look robot and in the second movie have him build himself a bigger body and betray the avengers.

The skulls huh. I wonder if this is leading up to the kree/ skrull war?

The hulk needs to be in the movie and he can get into a fight with the avengers but i don't want him as a bad guy. Hulk can be a jerk but he still needs to be a good guy.
