Shadow Warriors can attach to cyb. Soundwave(now with pics:) )

Hello, this is my first thread on this website so I hope this isn't already well known. But anyway, I use cybertron Soundwave as my classics version, as well as the Shadow Warrior 2-pack for Frenzy and Rumble. So a couple of days after I got the 2-pack I figured out that they can connect to Soundwave!
This is done by putting them into gun mode and plugging the large peg they have into the large hole between Soundwave's wings.

Its a perfect fit, and with a little fiddling you can have the 2nd recordicon attach to the first with the small pegs on their barrels to the holes on their back.

This results in a soundwave that can carry laserbeak, Rumble, Frenzy, and I even got classics Ravage to hook onto Soundwave's lower back in robot mode and the back of his bomber mode! You can see him in soundwave in the last picture, and sorry about the next blurry picture, but its how ravage fits in soundwave's lower back.

Overall think that this is a sufficient way to store these guys and have a fully functional classics Soundwave.

Thank jorod for the help, and hopefully the pictures work now.

    Ebay:
you have to use a photo hosting site. then copy the iink/image location and then click the little picture icon above the text box and paste the link in that.

    it's that simple.

not a bad first thread, considering that you managed to merge 2 entirely different toy lines together in a way that allows it to fit into a third line.

not a bad job at all.

It would be even better if I had a GF Soundblaster so that he can have the red one and soundwave can have the blue one.

He should be able to hold them in robot mode in his fists, as well.

Technically he can, but to do that you have to hook up the handle/gun to the bottom of the shadow warriors, and the connection doesn't really work very well.

For display I suppose its fine but I actually play with them, so I just imagine that their floating sentry guns. Which works pretty well I think.

I find the better way of mounting them is to attach their pistols into their fists (or the screwholes in their backs, although this makes the guns sit rather far back), and then stick the pistol barrels into the holes in Soundwave's wings. It makes for better symmetry, with a heavy gun on each wingtip, and it means you can put Soundwave down without squashing them.

    that actually looks much better.

Problem is that it is a very loose fit, if I pick him up then they fall right out, but it probably works for some people.

Oh, and you can see in the picture that the foot is missing on the blue one, this is because it broke today:(

Does anyone have any idea how I should go about fixing it,(the ball for the joint snapped off)

You'd need to pin it most likely - but if you ask nicely the manufacturer might send you a new foot. - can't hurt to ask anyway.

in that headmasters japanese cartoon series in 1987. wasn't there a team of transformers called "the shadow warriors." I'm not certain if they were called this name in the japanese or english dub voice overs.
