Toughest? I'm going with Skywarp. He's more of a thug and a brute. Thundercracker is more of a skilled warrior. Starscream is about as far away from tough or badass as you can get.

I'd choose Ramjet, but he isn't on the poll. I'd go with Thundercracker, due partly to personal favoritism. But Starscream and Skywarp can rely on trickery which Thundercracker lacks. He has to be tough, even if he is uncertain about the Decepticon cause.

    Who has the highest endurance?

Ramjet. Hell, he flies himself into other planes, he's got to be tough.

Out of the three mentioned, they all have endurances of 7.

It's sad, how so many people focus on Starscream's shortcomings and not his strengths. He made Air Commander for a reason. Powerhouses like Optimus, Grimlock, Megatron and Shockwave aside, the guy can mop the floor with nearly any Autobot, and probably most of the Decepticons, too.

Agreed. Take away the chronic backstabbing and you've got a highly competent soldier. There's a reason Starscream commands Skywarp and Thundercracker, instead of the other way around.

The thing is, his shortcomings are so massive and crippling. He's incredibly cowardly, not exceptionally intelligent, and his skill level is all over the place.

But add in the chronic backstabbing and cowardice, and you have yourself Starscream.

    In what continuity?

In G1, I'd say Starscream is the most skilled warrior. He's not to tough when it comes to fist fighting, but he has those Null Rays on his side, and is a master at aerial combat. He sounds like he's tough, but only when the odds tip in his favor. He can turn tail though in the blink of an eye.

Thundercracker seems more like a fly in, transform, beat the shit out the good guys with his fists and guns, and not stop til Megatron calls for a retreat. He seems like the toughest.

Skywarp relies on trickery and sneak attacks. He seems like a sneaky and deadly assassin more than anything. I can't say he sounds tough.

SInce you're asking for "toughest", I'd say Thundercracker.

Yeah. Thundercracker is unsure of the cause, and Skywarp is hopelessly stupid. Nothing to do with toughness.

There's nothing to back it up, but I've always thought that when it comes to straight up physical brute force, Thundercracker probably has the other two beat. Just seems like the guy has been around the block a bit and prefers hand to hand fighting :)

As far as brute strength goes, Skywarp has my vote.
