Anyone know anything about the music for the movie? I would like to hear the original G1 theme, but don't think it would be realistic. So I hope for something that evokes the same feel and overall sound.

Has anyone heard anything about the music?

    Hmmmmmmmmm

I'm thinking a little Jan Hammer on acid type of techno for a little bit....and I am sure Bay will come up for something fitting the "jazz" intro Eminem/Ludacris.

The soundtrack will be scored by Steve Jablonsky.

    Nice one...

If that little bit on the teaser was one example of the type of score we're getting for the film, expect a sort of industrial ambient like sound.

    Bodes well.

Kinda surprised it isn't Hans Zimmer or Harry Gregson Williams since they have scored most of Bay's & Spielberg's movies over the past half dozen years. Each are EXTREMELY epic in the way that they mix symphony with electronics, so I thought either one would be a sure thing.
