Cliffjumper died on Mars, killed by Thundercracker Breakaway was killed by Starscream Jolt was killed by Shockwave, also Amorhide, Salvage and all the other Comic/Toy-Only Chars. The arcee-Triplets are killed by Shockwave "Off-Comic" between Rising storm and the Comic of the Movie-Adaption Skids and Mudlap were planned to kill whily the betray-scene of sentinel prime, sentinel killed ironhide and mudflapstarted to attack sentinel who shot him down, after that skids suffered himself to safe bumblebee. Sadly nothing of these awesome scenes did it into the movie
And following up on what Limewire said - Arcee/Elite/Chromia died in ROTF as well. And Breakaway was also killed by Soundwave in one of comics. Also, in Reign of Starscream, an Autobot named Elita-1 was sacrificed to power up a fake AllSpark, same with a Bot/Con named Crankcase. And in Rising Storm, Jolt was killed along with Salvage, Longarm, Dune Runner, Knockout, Armorhide, Brawn, Blazemaster and Smokescreen by Shockwave. Funnily enough, Smokescreen also died in a Reign of Starscream comic, nearly died in a ROTF comic and then finally died in a DOTM comic.
Chris Mowry told me on this site that Cliffjumper never died, in fact he survived, also TF Covergence says that Soundwave only found the dead bodies of 2 Autobots (which are likely Air Raid and Camshaft, considering how badly air riad was in that comic and considering camsahft was sliced in half) Also ONLY Elita-1 was killed by SHockwave, the other 2 didnt died at shockwave hands and they never appeared in the DOTM adaptation
ya know that the elita-1 from Reign is the same elita-1 from ROTF and every comic that have the triplets?, also the crankcase from reign is a decepticon. oh and smokescreen never died in reign (one of the DOTM prequels COvergence explains SOundwave only found 2 dead bodies aka air raid and camsahft)

True, but one of the DOTM prequels which retells Soundwave appeareance on Alliance Issue 2, explains Soundwave found the dead bodies of 2 Autobots (not 4) one was sliced in half (camshaft) the other one is not mentioend what woudsn it had btu its likely air raid. Also Smokescreen reappears alive and well udner the control of some evil humans on Nefarious and then he is recovering on Rising storm only to be killed by Shockwave, which means Smokescreen survived the attack on reign of Starscream
