    Agreed. I especially hated it in the demotivational posters thread.

    Is there a particular reason people object to old threads being posted in? I never understood why.

    I think the problem is most of the time, people revive an old thread with something that would have been utterly useless at the time: "lol" "this" ":D " etc.

    Actually, if you think of a discussion forum as being like a pub, imagine how annoying it would be if someone interrupted the various conversations to say "You remember two years ago when Phil said he likes that bird off NCIS? I agree."

    I suppose old threads pertaining to events that are no longer relevant should not be further posted in. But I also think there is a certain logic to allowing indefinite activity in those discussing 'timeless' stuff, whose relevance never grows stale.

    Can't argue with that. If someone posts in, say, a thread on mistransformations with some new stuff not seen before, I don't see how anyone can complain.

    Internet. Serious business. Some shit complained about on the internet is unbelievably petty and inconsequential it's not funny.

    I remember back when I first signed on :)  I mostly bashed the movie forum and spawned numerous zombie threads :(  If someone in paticular is getting on your neverse pm them and tell them to chill, in a nice way. And eventually things will die down, some members will kinda drop this while others stick on.

    I think its funny that some people are bashing on the younger users, I mean seriously. Does anybody honestly think that without alot of the younger users that there would be Movies and Gaint Chin Cartoons?
