so, i was on the main board page, lookin at what the latest thread was on each page, and there on the toyark, all i see is "the reason why i want to do armorhide" boy was i confused....but yeah, on topic, that looks pretty cool, is that the WST or THS trailer? probably gotta be THS....wst would be smaller, right?
yeah the WST trailer is way too small for armorhide you can also tell by the detailing its from THS-02.
But Armourhide w/trailr looks very nice. Is it attached in any way or did you just put it to take pictures? Cheebs, your custom looks awesome. Better than ALT Prime, to me.
The trailer does not attach due to how funky THS-02's custom hitching system is. But for all purposes aside from wheeling the truck back and forth going "Vroom vroom!" just laying it there works fine. And thanks for the Prime comment.
Is there an existing Prime or Prime-ish head that would fit on Armorhide? Sounds like an interesting kitbash experiment to me...
They do indeed fit together well. Tis pretty cool. I too saw "The reason I want to do Armorhide" and had a bit of a giggle
Dirty, dirty minds people... But yeah, Cheebs, I can't wait to see your pictures with the trailer on, I'm sure it'd look awesome. The trailer doesn't connect to Armorhide in anyway, but for some strange reason, they work, you can move armorhide and the trailer comes along happily.
Armourhide's one of those toys that doesn't get the credit it deserves, so I'm glad to see a thread dedicated to him! He's a really neat little toy... But that's an awsome idea with the hybrid Prime trailer (I think?). Looks awsome!
