So I'm currently in the process of designing a legends class RID rail racer. I have the transformation mechanics figures out and have almost finished modeling railspike, however it has just occurred to me I don't know how expensive printing it might be. Could anyone give me an estimate on how much it would cost to print 3 legends size figures?

Anywhere from $30 to $60 (for each one) I would guess. It's not cheap.

Since posting this I did the maths and figured it actually works out cheaper just to buy a low range 3D printer. I use shapeways enough that it will save money in the long run. I managed to get and ender 3 from for £150 so I should be good
