Ok what's up everybody kicking the New year of with this guy. I call it the perfect form. Really don't need the other two as I like the even proportions. When I first saw this guy man did I hate those arms sticking out. So what I did was take the combiner ports and glued them to the side. It doesn't transform any more but I can buy another set for that. Reversed the legs on swoop by taking out the pins. Didn't like the way the hollowness from the regular way. Custom cast feet and the perfect form. Oh yeah and also custom cast gun for grimlock.

I'm a novice at casting the feet don't have the ratchet function. Haven't tried casting hands but maybe the the ones that came with computron as for price I'll pm you when I get another mold made.

Take your time. Not gonna lie. I want them to ratchet if im gonna buy them. I love the computron feet. Wish someone would KO them in all colors. The g1 hands/feet didnt turn into guns, why do all 3rd party feel the need to do that?

For the 3P ones, it's more of an extra added feature instead of the main gimmick. For the Hasbro ones, the gimmick takes out the goodness(?) of it. If it were just a hand to foot part it might have been better, although, not as much as the individual hand/guns and foot/guns. But, the Hasbro ones were a good idea, just bad execution.

Gimmicks are great, if they work and dont give your figure weak ankles. My menasor has shelf dived so much he has a swimming cap and a speedo.

try swapping the ball joints around. the feet are actually constructed numerically, meaning each foot as TWO ball sockets, the one not being used has a filler piece snapped into it and ive sound that removing the filler part and snapping the ball joint into THIS ball socket results in a MUCH tighter joint.

i have them on ALL my combiners and after swapping the joints i haven't had a single issue with them.

If you wanna cast them with the ratchet just take it apart cast each piece and glue it instead of using screws

The POTP ones have ratchet instead of ball joints, and it seems the left out forward and back tilt. sucks because I just dropped $100 for two sets.

I might try this on one I have, though the ball joints will get loose sooner or later.

these new feet will actually give FOUR ratchet sockets because of the same design being symmetrical here on these new feet too.

hopefully someone can copy the actual joint itself (the red part) and stick it on shapeways. This way we can take the extra parts that aren't being used in these new feet and swap them out to the older ones, and then just add the actual 5mm ankle piece from shapeways and bam, old feet upgraded.
