    As the tittle states.
Is there a figure or figures that is or are perfect (near perfect for you)? A figure that is just the right size, just right amount of detail in paint apps, molding. A figure that is show accurate enough to satisfy your expectations, a figure that transforms interestingly enough for you that it keeps you entertained each an every time!
A figure that you wouldn't dream of customizing cause stock you love it just that way it is!

In your eyes, the PERFECT Women!
    .... sorry figure.
Mmm women, another one of my loves...

    Ok, I'll start.

I don't really like TF animated but they do have some pretty damn good toys.
The one that springs to mind is Deluxe Rodimus!
Again not my fav but he looks really nice and the articulation on that guy is awesome! Paint apps are shinny, really don't have a complaint bout him.

There are more but I'll give everyone a chance first.

The Movie Landmine mold is certainly a contender. The range of articulation on that figure is INSANE. There are few poses you can't get him into, and he doubles as great generic cannon fodder because his head is so easy to pop off and back on again.

Universe 2.0 Cyclonus is also a great figure. Plenty of articulation while managing to stay perfectly true to the original's looks, plus the inclusion of Nightstick who can be held like a normal gun or plugged into the wrist like the Japanese animation showed off.

I'm also a really big fan of RTS Lugnut. While I like the original Animated figure well enough, the arms are greatly limited by the adherence to show-accuracy, the mace automorphing gimmick, and a lot of other factors that limited the toy's potential. RTS Lugnut addresses ALL those problems. He retains enough bot mode detail to distinctly tell it's him, but the change into a more lenient design aesthetic really allowed for design improvement. The fact he was fully working arms with individual finger movement and the incorporation of the P.O.K.E. as the toy's main gimmick alone is enough to make him better, but he also has working head and jaw articulation, ball jointed feet, and sculpted missiles to spare. He's easily one of the best upgrades to a character within recent history in my opinion.

FE Voyager OP. I'd like the bumper parts silver but just can't lay paint to it. It's the best version by far and I've owned both (RID consolation prize OP very briefly).

G1 Overlord. Two awesome vehicle modes, great Powermaster gimmick, imposing bot mode, nifty base mode. Everything I could ever ask for.

People keep saying what a great figure FE Optimus is, I still haven't opened him yet.

Another one that comes to mind.
Battle blades OP, just a scaled down LC ROTF Prime! One of the best voyager class movie toys in my opinion. Was very impressed with that figure!

G1 Megatron : Piece of Art imo.

DOTM Thundercracker : subjective choice, but imo
this one fully exploits all potential of this deluxe mold.

Galaxy Force/Cybertron Noise Maze/Sideways: Great transformation, versatile accessories, nifty gimmick that doesn't need a key to activate, excellent proportions and articulation, gerwalk mode, great paint apps (at least on the GF version) and sculpted detail....after all these years, he's still the only figure with a permanent spot on my shelf.

From the criteria from the OP, I'd say these:

    TFA Shadowblade Megatron
    USA MP Grimlock
BWNeo Big Convoy (And Black Big Convoy)
    TFA Cybertronian Ratchet
    GF Noisemaze (and MP Noisemaze)
Henkei Cosmos (Universe Cosmos is fantastic, but the silver on the Henkei super pops)
    Energon Landquake

I have a feeling that the Prime: RID Vehicon will join this list.

Universe Inferno: Not my favorite figure in the world, but I would call it pretty much flawless. A bit dull, but it does everything right.

Hasbro MP Grimlock: Best accessories and color scheme, and again, a near-flawless figure. There is nothing I would change about it.

Device Label Ravage: Posable, accurate, great looking, and while it has a new alt-mode, still a great figure. I wouldn't change a thing about it, other than lowering the price.
