I can't believe no one started a thread yet. I know it's just South Carolina and NC State playing, but come on!

This game sucks, so I'm hoping Oregon puts on a better show.

    How about Saturday's games?

Good game by Boise State. Both teams were sloppy, but Boise capitalized on Oregon's mistakes.

The tailback for Oregon should be suspended for that crap at the end of the game. Sucker punching a Boise player, fighting with your own teammates and then trying to fight your school's fans? Maybe he should just be kicked off the team.

Saturday can't get here soon enough.

    Bama vs. Virginia Tech. woo-hoo!
my bama gal-pal makes football season fun. when Bama kicks ass, she parties with me.
Just think what an SEC title will do for me!

anyhoo, seriously, i started a thread on bama's ranking but not a NCAAF thread because i thought it wasn't time yet.
as long as we go to the SEC Championships & Auburn gets slammed, i am happy.

What time is that game? 8:00?

The Boise State-Oregon game was one-sided, but I was surprised that there wasn't more fights. This is a nice little rivalry they got going on, nothing major, but good TV watching for us

Boise St. will end up in a BCS game. Oregon, as usual, is overrated.

Oregon looked terrible last night. Slow and poorly coached.

Hope the Tide comes prepared and focused; if so, we should win decisively. I am also STOKED about Brandon Deaderick playing after getting shot in the arm Sunday night.

8pm ET. 7 CT. Almost forgot. Been so busy with classes and had a High School game i watched tonight, the kickoff time slipped my mind.

i saw the decision to suspend Blount for the season.
after watching the video of his "Ah, pol, uh, g." i was praying the coach would have interrupted his attempt at thinking to tell him that the cops would take him in, and to find his own way home because he was no longer on the team.
He's an adult and well, coaches are there to mentor them about the real world. wake up, son, Burger King needs a swing shift fry cook.

    anyway... roll tide!

Awesome. This works in our favor, you know. The way Hokies history goes, it seems the more a higher-ranked team dismisses us, the more we upset and shellshock them. :D

What I didn't understand is the fact that while he's suspended, he's able to practice with the team. WTF???

I'm going for Va. Tech...yeah we're going to get murdered, but my wife went there and has season tickets :thumbs2:  so I'm absolutely jumping on their bandwagon

    ***I'm a Georgia fan BTW...shhh!!!***

I dunno about that... IF anything, Ohio State will make it to the Championship, and lose.... badly.... thus making the SEC look SUPER AWESOME again

IN case anyone missed the fight!

I know everyone is on Blount but the Boise guy obviously started it. Who knows what he said.

I don't disagree, the Boise player should have been punished as well; but Blount deserves his punishment. He's a great athlete and will probably be picked up some NFL team next year (undrafted, but he'll have a shot.)

Ohio St. had a cheesecake performance vs. Navy. I'm not going to doubt that a freshman QB can go into the horseshoe next weekend and beat them.

Yeah, Ohio State looked a bit shaky today, especially early on. Their defense needs to step up, but Navy's triple option can be tough to wrap your head around. Looking forward to a good game next week vs USC.

I didn't see the game, but caught the headlone...OU is now pronounced "OW!"
    or short for OUch!

The Bama game was hard for me to watch. the beginning of the game was like a hollywood movie, the QB showed promise and then...he just got worse, IMO.
will give him props, he toughed it out.

The player that Blount attacked, i can't be sure what he said, but there is a possibility that all he did was palm Blount's pad as he passed by; coulda just said, "great game."
our high school teams do it a lot.
but since the Pac-10 is looking into it, we will find out what he really did and if he did instigate it, i am all for justice.

So...who's the next top 10 team to be upset?
    predictions?
