Dodgers lose on opening day. We're already going through a cold streak and the season just started. I really think we need Furcal to return to spark our offense. He really gets things going. Hopefully Wolf pitches a strong game for us tomorrow.

Bobby Crosby wasn't the only problem.

The A's just have a knack for not being able to score runs EVERY FRICKIN' SEASON.

He wasn't the only problem but he contributed the lion's share. TWO ERRORS? One that was a routine DP that in the end cost FOUR RUNS! :banghead:

Well, at least Buck got his first hit, right?

Could be a long week. Hopefully Harden can win his start. Losing to Seattle is the pits.......especially after whooping their ass all last season.

Payback is going to be a bitch with the M's. Even if they lose all season, I think they're goal is to not lose to us.

I still have the A's pegged for 81-85 wins. I just can't see this rotation being as good as in years' past.

I wondered last season if Curt was beginning to show his age a little bit, ala Randy Johnson. Boston will be fine otherwise.

The Royals though, they can flat out hit. They were scoring a bazillion runs at the end of last season. They have a pesky lineup, and the KC savior, A. Gordon.

Game 1 and my Tribe is doing just fine.:)

First time in almost 20 years that our leadoff hitter started the season with a homerun. Sizemore did it on the second pitch... last time before that was Juuuuulioooo Franco. Who'd have thought that Juuuliooo was once a leadoff hitter?

Good game. The offense was rolling... Victor Martinez is the man. And CC looked pretty good, especialy afrer the scare last week...

QFT. I want the Mets to prove all those naysayers (the so-called experts) that have Phillies finished first in the division. They even say they are the team to beat in NL. What a joke. Wait til they face each other then we'll see who's better.

Julio has always been a good hitter, very versatile one as well.
