Good choices. Loved in the alliance when Dwight was talking about turning his back on Jim, and then the talking head shows Dwight with blonde hair (where Jim had him dye his hair). Epic.

No idea why people aren't talking about this season. So far it's been up and down; some good shows, some bad. Last week was pretty fun, with the halloween costumes beginning. Anybody else watching???

I didn't even know there was a thread. I have loved this season so far, especially the joke on Dwight "wasting" time at work, and Dumbledore Calrisian. Hahah, classic. Can't wait for tonight's episode

HA, yes, that was awesome. I loved Dwight attempting to join Cornell and being serious about it. Classic.

I'm curious to see if they are trying to break Pam and Jim up. One minute it seems as if they are hinting at the distance taking its toll, while another point they are all lovey dovey.

Tonight's post-Super Bowl episode was not really up to snuff. Some of it was funny, some of it was really funny and some of it wasn't. The highly-touted "guest appearances" were quite lame and really took me out of the show. Dwight's tough fire drill was quite over the top, even for Dwight. If it were anybody else, they'd have been fired and possibly arrested. Stanley having a heart attack was surprising but not Michael trying to revive him by reminding him that Obama is President now. There was no reason for Dwight to cut that dummy open, although I laughed when he cut it's face off, Lecter-style. I enjoyed the Jim/Pam stuff, but not where it related to Andy and the "guest stars". I enjoyed Michael switching sides at corporate with Wallace and Dwight. I liked the roast a lot too, particularly when Michael came back and when he said he hoped that YouTube would come and film it. All in all, they could have, and should have, done A LOT better.

I thought the Fire Drill was freakin' hilarious. Michael yelling "Calm the F' down." Oscar escaping through the ceiling tiles. Angela throwing her cat at Oscar and then the cat coming down again 3 tiles down :lol  . Kevin breaking the vending machine and stealing the candy. Everybody was basically saving their own ass. :lol

I watched most of it and thought it was pretty good. The roasts by far were the highlights.

I'm sure coming off the Super Bowl it got a lot of new viewers last night. I imagine many thought the beginning was hilarious, but I wonder what was thought once it then slipped into the more quiet, dry humor, as well as jokes working off of established relationships and such.

About the guest appearances - I thought that was a hilarious way to do it. Usually it's super gimmicky but that was a wonderfully low-key way to feature celebrities, almost parody-like really. I mean, Jessica Alba was on there for like five seconds, smiling. The "movie" itself was pretty much in the same vein.

I agree this season has been up and down, but I'm still enjoying it.
