cocoa puffs /thread yohoos, chocolate drinks, chips ahoy, bluebell ice cream ....i'll have ya'll know I'm a very thin person
I'd probably be willing to commit crimes in order to get Ghostbusters cereal again, even though it was basically just fruit loops with marshmallows. Ecto Cooler I only remember having once or twice, because I couldn't really get it in my area. Also, I miss sodalicious snack packs. Also, as a Canadian bonus childhood food: Ganong green apple fruit snacks. They were amazing, and even shaped like little polar bears and beavers.
I have 8 packs of Fun Dip in my room right now. I'll admit it, the sticks are the best part. They're almost like giant... Ha! I can still get those at the mini mart down the road. Damn are they good! Anyone remember the "El Bubble" Bubble Gum Cigars name after animals? My favorite was "Gold Dragon", the yellow banana flavored one. http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/candywarehouse_2087_890680945
Not so much nostalgia, but I miss the good old times when Frosties, Nesquick and the other cereals didn't have "WHOLE GRAIN" or "NOW WITH 40% LESS SUGAR" plastered all over the boxes. It always saddens me when I pass the aisle with the cereal nowadays, knowing that no branded cereal escaped the No Sugar and Whole Grain crazes
Damn, I miss those. Now they only have those weird tasting 'Candy Sticks' that look but don't taste like candy cigarettes :/. Also, Yohoos. Those chocolate drinks made many a lunch delicious.
I just saw those the other day. Its funny how some stuff exists, just not where the people craving them live anymore.
During late elementary/early middle school Kelloggs made a Pop-tart flavor I loved called Wild Magic Burst. Damn I miss that flavor.
There's some kind of Fruit Punch or fruit drink that was in a container that could be squished down like an accordian and re-expanded. It was plastic so if could be reused, but I don't remember what it was called.
Aww LUCKY! I gotta go check an old mini mart near my friend's Bagel place. I think they still might have them. I know they used to sell them all the time. Oh God. The Whistle Pops. I could never get the damn things to work right. A store near me carries Pokemon Mac n' Cheese.
There are days when I crave a Ninja Turtle Pie so bad... it was a mess of green doughnut and vanilla pudding but damn, I inhaled those things.
A buddy and I were talking about those at work just yesterday! Wierd man. For me it's gotta be Halloween candy. Nothing specific, just a big ol bag of tooth rotting goodness was the best.
I guess this somewhat nostalgic but anyone remember when Nesquick used to be in those box looking containers with metal pop lids. Those lids where the hardest to get off. I rememeber those sooooooo well and now, you can't even buy nestle like that anymore which totally sucks cause I miss that taste from that box.
