Florida lost to Tampa in a shootout and now Luongo is injured. Being at 39 yrs old, he should retire.

His leg bent in all sorts of ugly ways on that play. The fact that he's still competitive at 39 speaks volumes, but since his old teammates, the Sedins, retired last year, he should take the time and go out relatively on top.

Well, the Canucks lose Pettersson, the Sens lose Tkachuk... just waiting for Montreal to lose... well, anyone.

Speaking of which, those three are doing surprising well. But I realize it's only October.

I have been reading the response from the Panthers fans after they lost in OT against Detroit. A lot are blaming Reimer.

You can't ever blame a guy who has the nickname "Optimus Reimer".

My Stars put the beat down on Anaheim tonight. 5 goals by players not named Benn and Seguin is a good sign. Heiskanen is looking great!

John Stevens fired by Los Angeles. Last in the league in goals and losing 7 out of 9 will do that.

I was reading the Panthers fans are saying Tallon should get Quenneville quick since both worked at Chicago. But I do not think that is going to happen.

And Bobby Lou is better than ever. Still sure he should retire? :)
