I honestly don't care that much if Dunst leaves, but I would shoot someone if Maguire isn't spidey in the next one. IMO, he has been perfect for the role. As for Mandy Moore, eh, I guess she does look enough like Dunst that she might get away with it.
I'd be all over Moore like white on rice. Sad part is that is didn't even start out as an actress, but yeah she is better one than Dunst.
Because they have so many stories to tell. Spider-man 4: Dr. Connors sprials into madness transforming into the Lizard. Bruce Campbell as Mysterio. Spider-man 5: The return of Venom and introduction of Kraven the hunter Spider-man 6: Night of the Spider-slayers. I guess I just don't understand the Trilogy mentality.
Meh. I really, really wish they'd hire some people who can actually act to play the two lead roles (Maquire has been horrible as well, IMO, but that's a little OT). Dunst has been just atrocious through both of the previous films and I don't have any illusions that she'll have improved for the third; she's pretty, but she absolutely can't act. Moore is easy on the eyes, but I'm not confident that she can act either.
I support it 100%. Dunst is just ugly... sorry but she's no MJ. Mandy would be perfect. I think Bryce Dallas Howard should return as Gwen Stacy. As for Peter Parker.. if McGuire wants to leave then I am sure they can find someone better. The only person I don't want to see go is Raimi. He's the perfect director for Spider Man.
Personally I would have the return of Venom AND introducing Carnage. That would be the best sequel yet.
Anyone or anything would be a better MJ then Dunst, I can't stand her. It's also nice to see I'm not the only one who thinks so.
No way! MJ was always super hot in the comics. Like Cindy Crawford hot. Not saying they should get her (cause she's sort of old now ) but need like a super model type chick. Don't gimme one of thos girly girly chicks that look like their 15. Make MJ a women!
