Anybody watching Aaron Sorkin's new show on HBO?

1st ep debuted in the US last night.

Typical Sorkin ... take from that what you will.

I think that my favorite part would be at the beginning with the diatribe.

I've been watching this, and I absolutely love it. The whole 'Fix You' bit at the end of Episode 4 was one of the best pieces of television I have watched for a long time

I adore the show. Such excellent writing and quick dialogue. Don is probably my favorite character.

It's already one of my favorie shows and it's only 6 episodes old. The best part is that every episode gets better and better. Also, love Olivia Munn.

Anyone else still watching this? Last nights season finale was so awesome! Glad to hear another season has been green lite!

Does anyone else watch this? It's easily one of the best shows on television and is highly under-rated. It's too bad this is the final season and that it only lasted three years.

Last night's episode set up all kinds of side plots for the season. I'm anxious to see where it goes.

So when did Jim's girlfriend start working at ACN and are they living together? Had anyone else ever heard of an "air gap" computer before? I've worked in IT for 18 years and never heard that term.

I loved the ending where Will says that this isn't the "third act", this is just the beginning.

Too bad, in reality, this is the final season of the show.

Agreed, love this show....honestly didn't at first, then I watched a marathon On Demand, and got into the series finally!! It's well acted by all. Was surprised this was the last year also.

I missed the very first part of the ep, but know I can watch it again On Demand.... but loved the ending.

I haven't, but considering the whole confusion with singular address vs. distribution list plot point they used to reveal to everyone that Mac cheated on Will, I'd not put too much stock in it.

I am both happy and sad that this is the last season. Its such a great show, that i want more, but at the same time, they'll end it before it can go bad.

With Sorkin's writing I doubt it would really go bad. I just don't think HBO marketed the show to the right audience. The previews for it used to come on after True Blood and Game Of Thrones. A majority of the fans for those shows wouldn't be interested in The Newsroom, IMO. I'll admit the only reason I watched was out of curiosity. I was about to turn it off until the rant about America intrigued me. I don't know many who even made it to that point.

Wow, I guess nobody really is watching the show. Too bad. This weeks episode was outstanding, as always. I'm liking that Neal became a central character. He's always been a sort of "comic relief" which didn't fit in to the rest of the characters, IMO.

I've never heard the term "air gap" before but I've heard it called something else before though the term escapes me at the moment.

I'm watching, just takes me a while to post.

Looks like Neal is in deep kimchee and now on the run..... but I like that the top cast have his back.... at least the ones who count.

The hostile takeover wasn't the greatest, but I guess they'll use it to explain closing the station/series? Kat was good as a serious pain in the aft. LOL

Not sure if anyone is still watching but the show is over now. I was a bit let down in the finale but enjoyed some of the back story of the characters. Overall it was a bit of a boring episode and an anti-climactic return of Neal, but it was a good wrap-up to the series.

The finale was one of the worst I've seen in a long while. Pacing and flashbacks destroyed it.

Didn't watch the finale yet, but just watched the ep where Charlie dies. That was the end for me... you could see the build up for that to happen, but dang... sad his character couldn't retire and enjoy his 401K.
Gotta feeling I'm not going to enjoy the ending either.
