Jolt just with a different vehicle scanned, he was hardly in the second movie so I doubt non-TF people would even notice.

I personally don't see the Mercedes being Jolt, for several reasons. First of all, it's a product placement by GMC. They put the Volt in ROTF because they wanted it to be a product featured in the movie. I doubt that they would allow Bay to change that character's alternate mode, much less to a non-GMC car. The second reason is because the Volt is part of Jolt's character. His theme is electricity, and it's an electric car.

 

It's probably Jolt. And I don't think that's purple, more like a bluish indigo.

 

In that video it looks like Jolt but in that picture it looks like someone else but who knows.

 

If it's Jolt, then I sure hope there's an explanation for the sudden change of alt-mode. Because otherwise, I'm not buying the "oh he reformatted in between ROTF and TF3" crap.
