In this new movie, there is a little robot character called wall--ee. He is a ripoff of transformers and ET. He even gets to find a metallic block that looks like the thing that Megatron was looking for in the movie to revive Cybertron. Has anyone seen it and notice that in the trailer?

I've seen the trailer, I don't really see it as a rip-off of transformers.

It does look good. I have yet to see a Pixar movie that wasn't entertaining. And no, not a rip-off of anything.

Also, Megatron never wanted to revive Cybertron, he wanted to build an army and conquer the universe.

Because this is a Transformers site I take it you watched the movie.
But you clasiify the Allspark , the focal point of the entire movie, as "the thing that Megatron was looking for in the movie ".

    Nice! :thumb

I'm starting to lose my faith in Pixar. "Cars" was a nice-looking remake of Michael J. Fox's "Doc Hollywood," but nothing more. Ratatouille was very bland for me. It got a little better near the end, but dragged, and was unspectacular. "Wall-e" doesn't seem like it's going to knock my socks off, either.

Wall-E is a huge departure from Pixar's other stuff, and no it is not a ripoff of transformers AT ALL.

From what I have read, this one isn't as much of a kids movie. It takes a cynical look at humans and what we have done to the world. The world has become so polluted that all humans live in space stations while robots (wall-e) cleans up the earth. While cleaning up our trash, wall-e finds out a lot about humans and eventually hitches a ride to outer space.

I've heard that the humans don't even walk, they are fat lazy and float around in chairs. It seems like this is a movie the pixar guys are getting to do as a reward for all of the other work they did. Of all the Pixar movies, this is the one I'm most looking forward to.

That trailer is so vague you can't call it a rip off of anything yet.
