    Sweet mother of God:

    10 sentinels = 60 pieces

60 pieces @ 8 bucks a pop (minimum) = at least 480 dollars, along with all the gas money spent finding 10 copies of each figure.

    Now THAT'S commitment.

Thanks, guys. 70% of the Sentinels were done through trades. The others were from either the original set of series 10 that I collected, or I obtained them fairly cheap. I think I paid one as low as $25 which was deal I couldn't pass up. I think I'm done at 10... maybe.:D

    My Sentinels can take you!

I didn't get Silver Surfer because I couldn't care less about cosmic characters. I was never into the space guys. However with the build a figure, I hate having loose parts lying around so I got the full set of Galactus. I have a feeling a Silver Surfer will come out again with either the FF2 movie or FF Classics so I'll use that one.

thank god I got the darker yellow Sentry. Sure it looks bad, but the bright banana colors look even worse.

I'm not a fan of his at all. If it weren't for Giant Man, I'd have never even picked him up. And I'm still curious how one considers people like Sentry and X-23 to be Marvel "Legends". bah!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Although there have been complaints that this Hulk can't form complete fists, this is "definitive" Hulk! Can't wait for mine to arrive via ebay! :D

Just got the Onslaught Series in the mail yesterday and am impressed with them so far. The BAF looks a lot nicer in person than I'd expected and I'm definitely going to need to clear a little display room for it. As a general comment on this set, though, I really wish they'd taken the money spent on the "dioramas" and used it to make Onslaught bigger than eight inches. Comments on individual figures:

    - Abomination - Very nice. Tight joints and a lot of weight behind it.
    - Pyro - Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but that's more the fault of the source material for the character having a dumb costume. I don't like that his hair is the same colour as the mask, but it's a good toy otherwise.
    - Green Goblin - Besides Onslaught, the highlight of the set. The Glider is a neat accessory and any supervillain tough enough to carry a man-purse is someone not to be trifled with. Kind of wish they hadn't glued the pumpkin bomb to his hand though.
    - Loki - The cape gets in the way quite a bit, but the face sculpt is great and it's solid overall. I'm more excited about this one because it came with a sword that's perfect for a kitbash I'm working on.
    - Lady Deathstrike - Not bad, but the sleeves really don't translate well from comic to toy and look weird. The design on the arms and hands are nice though.
    - Blackheart - Who? Beyond the fact I'd never heard of this character before now, the tail is poorly designed. If you're going to have a figure with a massive tail, have it pointing down slightly, rather than sticking straight out of the butt. Yes, it's bendable, but the part closest to the body isn't as flexible, so the tail sticks out a good two inches from the back and throws off the toy's balance. I'll probably end up just snapping the tail off and regluing it in a different position.

Overall, this is the best ML wave I've bought (have so far picked up the Galactus, Sentinel and Apocalypse waves) and even the worst figure (Blackheart) can be fixed with a little effort.
