Trypticon comes with 2 pieces that fit under the opened out legs in city mode; they can be used to attach Motormaster (small tab on the purple undercarriage, just behind the cab) and Onslaught (rectangular shape on the back of his head) in their base modes. As far as I know, none of the Scramble City combiner leaders are designed to be attached to Scorponok or Fort Max.

Energon Insecticon has a Tennage Mutant Ninja Turtle face on his back in robot mode.
Air Attack Optimus Primal has a "Matrix" moulded inside his chest, but you can onloy see it clearly if you open the chest up.
With the exception of the car & 1 ramp, every one of G1 Overlord's accessories can be attached to him in robot mode.

Did you know that G1 optimus cab can fit into the Powermaster body.
also Powermaster Optimus cab can combine with energon omega supreme.

 

Any pictures? I imagine with the extra head piece on it'd look pretty decent.

 

It would certainly fit better, size wise.

the way you do the PM Prime/Energom Omega is that there is a connector on the back that pops off, otherwise he won't get together(don't worry you can snap it back on

 

Wow. That does look good with PMOP's head. Too bad he doesn't fit in with the line, therefore it would drive my OCD through the roof.

Energon Arcee can ride Cybertron Ransack. Ransack also has a few other modes, such as a Tricycle mode, and a weapon platform mode.

Those are more like fan modes, not hidden features.

 

Shouldn't Ransack be riding Arcee? Unless, of course, she likes to be on top...kinda seems to fit her personality more!! And by Tricycle mode, do you mean third leg mode?
