Me too, i actually think that menasor is the most impossible design in g1.

 

It would be great if they make Dezaras. Star Saber need some dude.

 

My suspicion is that it might be a while there, which sucks for Victory fans. I don't know how Star Sabre sold overall, but if he'd done really well long-term, I expect we'd have heard more rumblings around a follow-up by now. It may be that Victory characters just don't have the international appeal to achieve the numbers that Takara is seeing with Beast Wars.

 

2 more months of waiting. How can I last that long.

 

I also talked to some friends about this rumor and one still thinks Porsche won't come to their senses.

 

Which is entirely possible. It all depends on how they feel about their "integrity" vs how they want to fill their wallets. Not that their walletc need filing, but corporations like their cash flow. If the overall concensus in Porche is that tf are still war toys, and that their WWII roots are still buried deep in their beliefs and they don't want to be apart of that, as was mentioned in the Bilal tech days, Downbeat might be our best chances at a MP Meister/ Jazz for quite some time to come, still. Which saddens me greatly but only to a certain extent. While it might kill my want of a MP Porche 911, it's nice to see a company stick to its feelings about certain things, too.

 

Well that ruined the hype.

I've been so excited about them finally making a Jazz for a few days. Kept thinking about it and looking for the announcement. But now that you put it that way, it's back to fiddling with my uncooperative Downbeat and not hoping anymore.

 

That's laying it on a bit thick there, dude.

The rumors could come true, and we could also be in for a wait to find out. If you can't wait a while longer (about the recent specific rumors, anyways), then that's your deal. If Takara doesn't do it, I'm sure some third party companies will look at Jazz (and some may anyways, and quickly, if they get word Takara is doing it and want to cash in quickly first) if that hole remains in people's MP lineups.

 

I shall keep an unshakeable grasp on my Torch of Hope for MP Jazz. Any who dare try to douse that Torch of Hope shall be forever cast into a dimension filled with nothing but drunken Blurrs and hapless Swerves. You Have Been Forewarned.  

 

Downbeat is very good IMO.

 

The more I think about it, the more I really do hope they do the '84 mini-bots. Not so much because I care about completing the ark crew, but so I can get my hands on the inevitable S3 retools. I've always vastly preferred Outback, Pipes, Swerve and Tailgate to Brawn, Huffer, Gears and Windcharger (more on aesthetic grounds than character-based ones). I still think they're unlikely additions, but an argument could be made that they could be a more affordable addition to the line, particularly for characters that really don't align with specific car companies.

 

Now the Minibots I can live with all 3rd Party, the rest have to be Takara Tomy Licensed toys.

 

We need some Masterpiece news soon. I want to see Dinobot, and I want to know what else is coming. This is beginning to feel like a vacuum. I don't want to see this line slow down as it is already almost excruciatingly slow (see this thread for proof).

Anybody credible have anything new to say?

Well, your posts come across as very confrontational even if you did not implied it.
Like i said many times in the past, i have learnt that there are some things that will never go my way and i am cool with that. Live, learn and admit the mistake.
