Scale is always an issue with Transformers, not just this movie. Your point is?

 

It's not Megatron. If you saw the other set pictures of the army surrounding it, it seems more like it's either Autobot or something good.

 

Looks like Megatron's foot to me. Matches the toy very closely.

For those people arguing that the wheels on the blue prop are too big...there's not THAT much of a size difference and there's a very good chance that the wheels expand. The wheels on Prime expend when he transforms (you can most easily see this during his very first appearance in the 2007 movie, where the treads of the tires pop apart in sections and expand away from the rest of the wheel)

Also, lets not forget that this prop is just that...a prop. The overall size of the wheels as they appear in the finished movie may have nothing at all to do with how big they are on that prop. The leg itself needs to be the correct size if people are interacting with it, but that's the extent of it. The exact details of it's surface need not be correct to the final CGI.

Actually the tires are not much bigger than a regular truck. See the Striker tires are very close to them.

Either that or they moved forward after the enemy was defeated to continue the attack. I don't see how the close proximity of humans can mean anything, one way or the other. It's not as if they're crawling on him, trying to bring him to life.

Interesting theory about how Megatron begrudgingly works with Optimus to stop Shockwave.

 

The size of the wheels is definitely not a reason for it to be too big for megatron. The Prop is all blue so that ILM can paint Megatron's leg into the shot. That also means that the wheels won't necessarily be that big. It's left so smooth so that ILM can make it as small or as big as they want.

Besides, the optimus blue prop they used in ROTF for his corpse was smaller then it should be. That alone shows that the live robot body props have their problems with size.

 

OK, the truth is out.

Maybe Shockwave will have his own army??? Are Soundwave and Starscream with him??? A idea: Megatron is now this truck because he want show Optimus that he is on his site or he is that truck because nobody should see that it is Megatron??? Or he is maybe someone like two-face??? We have Silverbolt, so we have the Aerialbots. But will have Shockwave or Megatron or both a combiner too???

Is Transformers: DOTM something like a tv soap opera??? Megatron and Shockwave, Optimus and Shockwave, Optimus and Megatron, Carly and her boss, Carly and Sam, Carly and this black ship

Where did those picture suddenly pop up from? Never seen them during the Chicago filming.
