Well, the local Hollywood Mountains are burning for about 11 or so hours now. The sweet smell of burnt air is so smoothing..... ack **cough** I was surprised to catch a close glimpse of the fire from the office building I work at this morning. The sky was bright orange and the heat was heavy. I just took some pics to show what it looks like now. It's about 4+ miles away.
