I hope we get that build except as a classic Banshee. It looks great, but it's that jagged, overdone look and not the smooth purple of the OT Banshees.
Saw He-Man in store but no Skeletor so had to pass...that's a package deal if I'm going in on it. Tela doesn't look great but hard to tell for sure from that pic.
Yeah, I know that, I said that. I'm saying I want them to also make a normal version using that build as a basis.
I can't believe it's amazon themselves charging that much. That's just asinine. Oh that would make for a glorious display on the ceiling. Just a punch of them flying in random directions. Well count me in for wanting that too.
Has anyone from Canada spotted the heroes line in Canada? I wouldn't mind getting me a He-Man and Skeletor
Not yet for me, though I only have access to two Walmarts, neither has a particularly impressive Mega Construx section.
I haven't seen them locally yet either but i have 10 of them via trades and deals so if you prefer not to wait and need a pair let me know.
Thanks much for the offer, but I'd prefer not to pay over retail for them. I imagine they'll show up at WM of TRU at some point. Who knows, they may show up at amazon too!
No worries! I'm practically a "trade only" person now anyway. I wasn't sure if Mattel / Mega would keep the MOTU "line" going so i picked up extra HE-Man and Skeletor figures for custom fodder (read: Wrestlers lol). I'm slightly confident that they will now though after seeing Wave 2.
Ok there are still a few fixes to do on Whiplash and Triklops still needs a bunch of paint apps. It's at least more presentable and gives a good idea of where they are at. Glad I didn't start on Beastman yet, the new one looks pretty good. These are really fun to work with!
New from the FB page(nobody posted it here yet). Upcoming Halo Figure sets called Power Packs. I for one am glad they aren't 100% translucent plastic. Also, bayonets. Finally, we're getting weapon attachments.
Found a video for this years NYCC display. No Bender and they seemed not to have the 4th Power Pack on display(unless I missed it). Also more sets one of which has new articulated jackals. Can't tell if those or original trilogy grunts, but if they are I might army build the heck out of that one.
I'm disappointed the Helioskrill doesn't have pointed toes on the boots. That's the only part of the mold that bugs me.
Does Target even have a spot for these sets? I keep checking near the Legos, but I don't see anything.
