    I personally know several people that announced they were going to bid 500. They al were competing with themselves. The price is legit. There’s some people in the coin game with extremely deep pockets and ironclad desires.

    When you're a collector, sometimes that need to get a rare item is overwhelming.

    I LOVE the Botcon 2006 set, but didn't have the first day registration pin that looked like the golden disc. I didn't even know it existed until the club had their going out of business sale. I waited too long to buy the one they had for sale, and was going crazy looking for it on the internet to no avail. I even scoured the old botcon thread here to see if anyone that head attended the 2006 botcon had that pin and would be willing to sell it. Most of the people didn't even know it existed. I found an all inclusive auction on eBay, but didn't get a response when I emailed the seller about spinning off just the pin. As I continued to look for it on the internet, I ended up finding the same seller on the allspark boards, because the set came up in his for sale thread. Come to find out he was selling it for someone else that didn't want the set split up, but after a little back and forth and making an offer that the guy couldn't refuse, I ended up with the pin.

    Anybody have an MP-35 Grapple coin for sale? Is that a legit unreleased coin?

    No problem buddy! I love the coins. I JUST missed out on an Exhaust coin for $500 usd. A buddy gave me first dibs. I was kicking myself not to grab it........ but I’m praying for a reissue with a mass released coin.

    I really like the cheetor one :oops: 

    I especially like the beast wars design grooves on the front and back. Those dinoscales are cool to me
