Showing MP10 some love before he becomes obsolete.

It's not having wax drip all over Megatron is it?

It's legit. It's the same on mine, those squares. I only have the 2017 reissue, so I can't comment on the first release version. Comparing it to my Laserbeak, which came with my first release Soundwave, it has small circles there.

    LOL no.

Edit: How did your Megatron do? Were you able to get all the wax off?

I was able to get the majority of wax off after tossing him in the freezer for a few day. His head, faceplate and chest piece are clear of wax. I bought a hair dryer and will experiment by taking apart whatever I can and blasting it with heat. The great thing so far, transforming him ruins the paint more than anything I've done. I'll photograph the progress but just been super busy as of late.

Thanks mate. I’m glad I don’t own a ko. It’s odd that these extra details have been added though.

Well, after a long time waiting for the right price, I scored a Takara MP Soundwave two days ago...and he showed up today! Definitely a great ebayer, but an even better toy. I have only transformed Lazerbeak so far as I have something to get to this evening but I am blown away by this figure right out of the box. Those red eyes are worth the hassle to find, as my first MP since MP-6 when he was first released, I'm definitely impressed. I don't know if I'll be buying that many more MPs since they're expensive as hell, but I think I at least need to get a car-bot sometime soon.

If you taking recommendations for what car, I'd say Smokescreen. The Prowl mode is awesome, but the SC's deco is amazing. Sideswipe would be my other choice.

If you're looking at "truck", get Artfire. You won't regret it.

Simple though he may be simple in his transformation, Soundwave is a perfect example of a Masterpiece Transformer. He will always be one of my favorites.

Soundwave impressed me so much the day I got him.

I'm eyeing an MP-11 Starscream thats priced quite well.
