It was fantastic. I would say a must watch. Especially for parents. It was very movie, beautiful, and yet horrifying by the story and the idea behind it. Anyone else check it out?

It was decent. Felt like it lost focus too much at times and the cgi heaven stuff was really tacky.

Stanley Tucci's performance saved this film from being entirely forgettable. I audibly sighed at points during some of the sillier scenes (including nearly all of the schizophrenic CGI) and found it difficult to take seriously. I was aware that this was a book, but had never read, and afterward thought it seemed like the sort that would be featured as a selection for Oprah's book club. Sure enough, it had been.
