I ordered the Primo Vitalis kit from wuhanlipu in the 10th of March. I got it today. I was expecting beads, or fish jerky. I actually got what I ordered, though.

Played Amazon and stole a SHF Android 18 from me despite USPS having scanned it as delivered. Just another reminder that Amazon coddles thieves and you sell valuable toys there at your peril.
So what happens in a situation like that? Is it like eBay where if someone disputes a transaction Paypal refunds the money to the buyer but without taking the money from the seller?
Not exactly. Amazon steals the money from the seller, allowing the thief to have both the toy and the money. And because Amazon has neither buyer feedback nor blocked buyer lists, they're free to do it over and over and over.
How so? Are they withdrawing it from some sort of bank account that you've granted them access to?
Are you being this way on purpose? In order to be paid, the venue requires access to a means of deposit. If they can't steal from a pending deposit, they steal from the bank, if they can't steal from the bank, they steal from a credit card, if they can't steal from a credit card, they steal from future sales, if there are no future sales, they send a debt collector. None of this, let alone a one-sided "we always side with customers no matter what" policy, is advertised out front where hopeful sellers might see it and think twice, it's a surprise you find out about after it's too late.
Looks like mingyang9696 is a scammer. Sent out a package but put a ludicrously incorrect house number and street name while getting the city, state, and zip code correct. My order is currently on it's way back to China.
That's not good. Bought a jetfire from them on the 18h March, still waiting. Messaged him last night pointing out his plummeting feedback and your post here. Got a token 'rest assured' message back this morning. Give them another couple of days before I file a complaint.
Yeah, I gave up on him and sent in my complaints to paypal and ebay. Will hopefully get my money back soon.
What's worse badass ebay sellers or badass kids?
Badass ebay sellers. At least kids cant beat me and take my launch money anymore
Speaking of bad sellers: Has anyone experience with how to deal with a situation where you bought something advertised as Original and turned out to be a KO? How did paypal handled it and how you proved what happened?
I have a question that I hope one of yoy guru's can help me with....what should one do if one purchased an item (transformer of course) from ebay but did not use paypal, rather said individual paid via the credit card option? I am having some serious doubts about the seller as he has had a string of negative feedback...seems to have gone rogue.
Do I let ebay settle it or do I need to take another approach?
Do sellers that are conducting UPC barcode sticker replacement scams to buy stuff at the store for cheap and then sell it on eBay for a profit while undercutting the competition belong here?
adding another bad ebey buyer:
User is located in China. He waits till the item is received & then files a did not receive dispute with paypal. (After ebay feedback closes out)
Paypal & ebay names do not match.
ebay name: Chen Toni
Paypal name: William Wang
Also insists on USPS first class mail (which only tracks to the border.) Refused to pay for better tracking.
Avoid this one like the plauge.
Separate names with a comma.
