I like Beserker, and managed to transform him into vehicle mode without reading the instructions. Way too many panels to line up correctly for vehicle mode, and the only thing that popped off was the robot head while removing from the plastic tray. A definite keeper!

 

Not bad, but not great if you ask me. Robot mode is sick, and I love it. All kinds of awesome. But the figure's transformations suffers. Panels not lining up and not tabbing together. Ugh. Which results in a super-fragile alt mode where if you squeeze it the wrong way panels start shifting. Not to mention the vehicle's kinda small...
But like I said, robot mode is killer and properly monstrous. So for that reason alone, I'd recommend him. Just be warned that his transformation is also monstrous... In a bad way.

 

I don't find it that bad. The alt-mode's structural weakpoint is the rear door panels. Just don't squeeze there too firmly, otherwise he holds together without issue if you've got his sides all tabbed together firmly (front doors peg into the backs of the thighs, and his digitigrade feet peg into both the front and the back of the rear wheel arch).

 

I really hope this guy goes on sale soon. I friggin love the robot mode design, and how such a monsterous character comes from such a low-profile alt mode.

So after some time of messing with it, transformation's not as bad as I initially thought. It just takes some careful hands and a light touch. Once you find out where everything tabs in, he's not so bad. Still feels fragile, though.

 

A somewhat decent figure. The robot mode looks pretty killer, but the backpack and tiny heelspurs cause a lot of stability iusues. The alt mode, while pretty compact, barely stays together. The toy is pretty flawed but I still like it a bit.

 

Now that I've transformed him a few more times I like him better.

I was wrong, it wasn't an intedned feature and those tabs are for panels in vehicle mode, but it still works rather well.

Love this figure. I totally agree that his vehicle mode is a pain to tab in, mostly due to there being a gap between his legs so that pressure in the wrong place squeezes the vehicle apart, but other than that I'm very happy with this guy. I hope we get another version with a different head and slightly different paint for a little freeway fun recreation!

I'm going to paint him but mostly just to add some washes to make him seem a little more beat up.

PS: does anyone know if you can do anything about an image not being rotated correctly? It's really annoying.

 

If the file size is too large the picture rotates.

 

I was able to transform this P.O.C. Without instructions... as if I was even able to read them. Dark grey artwork on a grey background. Not the best combination.

The alt mode's panels are too thin and really doesn't tab together all that well. This thing seems to want to flex apart, as if the ultra thin plastic was exposed to a bit too warm of conditions and warped slightly.

The door panels pop off both arms when trying to TF it. Needs glue.

In bot mode I found a pose I was content with and that's how he will stay. If I still had the receipt I'd return it to Wally World.

I have Barricade, and I'm now nervous to remove him from his packaging. Is he this lousy?

Nice, get this guy, get DOTM Crankcase off eBay, then use them with my DOTM Leader Ironhide and Human Alliance Sideswipe to reenact the "Mexican Standoff" scene from the movie!

 

He's actually just crankcase corrected for his final CGI model. Crowbar still doesn't have a figure.
