Ok want! I LOVE the mold it's based on and already have the "pretty" version!
Oh man, thanks. Yes, that does work now.
Hmm. Has anyone ordered that Takara Defensor from that page and actually gotten it? Because the Hasbro versions are also pictured and I don't want to get those by mistake.
Oh that looks interesting.
New Godly Beast series.
Dug out those SQ ko's for a bit of photo fun.
I might have to want list these. What was the listed price for them?
(it would be nice if the price of figures sold out from his site was available somewhere, especially the ‘latest’ ones. I can understand how prices from items listed years ago could/would be different if he had to hunt for them after want listing, but uploaded and sold out within a day... err, **ehhhemmm**, a few hours can leave potential buyers unnecessarily in the dark).
I totally agree. Prices may change, but at least having the price listed for sold-out items can still give you ballpark figure to work with.
These Grimlock figures were listed at $9.99 so pretty reasonable and perhaps worth taking a chance on even though we have no report yet on quality. Unfortunately, in this case, I just didn't get to the check-out fast enough.
**ALSO: they are back in stock as I write this!
This is all kinds of fun, great pics!
I went back down and picked up some more today. Will go tomorrow and stock up, they seem pretty good which means people will want-list them after they disappear. I can't stock quantities of everything because most of the stuff I have isn't that popular and I'd end up having to flash sale, give away or recycle them lol
It's a little bit too bad that the palettes are swapped JUST enough that you'd need to buy one of each deco to make a Grimlock in proper colours. But at least it's not pricey.
On purpose, of course.
I found this at a local used music/movie/video game store called The Exchange. They just recently started buying and selling toys and I've managed to find a couple of good deals there. The kid I talked to there actually thought it was an official toy and this is just what Transformers look like in Japan. I set him straight and now I'm wondering if the person they bought it from may have made a profit.
I'm in no way opposed to option #2 above. Let me know if you want me to re-submit my mailing address for any of those 'giveaways'
As far as 3P KOs go, what are the chanced that Pocket Toys (or any other KO company) will do 1:1 KOs of DX9 WIP G1 Dinobots like we got with Pocket Toys' KOs of DX9's WIP seekers?
I would prefer original size too, but DX9 is too expensive
Anyone have this Chinese train transformer?
It's a ripoff of TakaraTomy's Shinkalion series but with an improved joint scheme. The train is based on China's high-speed, HeXie series of trains (3PKO shinkansen...). It's real cheap but the train itself is only 20% of the giant box, the rest is all the track parts. I'm wondering if shipping it over is worth it.
i remember these i have the japanese or korean version of the originals in a box set they are from the transformers robots in disguise series this train transformer was part of a 3 train combiner but was not as good as the raiden train combiner
I don't think it is based on the RID (1) Trainbots. As a bullet train is so slender, the transformation can only happen certain ways and any Transforming toy is bound to look similar to others.
*** EDIT ***
After looking back at the RID Trainbots, that one looks better overall.
so could it be based on the original train bot combiner Raiden
