Robotic toys designed to look like Transformers. They can be programmed to drive around and transform.

Wow, I've seen many "self transforming" electric toy robots in the past, but I have to say, that Scrapper is the first one that really delivered the goods... that is to say, looked like a convincingly cool robot and a vehicle... and looks like an established character to boot! :thumb

Was first time in years in the toy section of a huge b&m store (Carrefour) and apparently they started selling knockoffs at some point? There were legit transformers on the shelves (worth ridiculously expensive TR deluxes), but I also found some random diecast Chinese transformers, knockoffs of movie Bumblebee in localised packages (translated to Polish), other knockoffs of movie bumblebee, bootlegs of DotM Iron hide, etc. When did that happen, it's not a dollar store or something.

I appolgize if it's a dumb question, but does anyone know if there's a knockoff of the gold MP Megatron? Noticed there's a few on eBay for $30 or so less than other retailers, and though I'm kind of interested in it, I'm worried an already fragile mold would be basically trash if it were a KO version

    Never a dumb question.

AFAIK, all the mp5's ever released have never been an actual KO, (regular, gold and unpainted) but more factory extras/rejects.

Looks like it is an iPad app and you control a robot kit with it. Perhaps it is just a generic remote robot and they put the shell on it to make it a car?

    ExplorerControler on the App Store

It looks like they are basically a robot like this, with wheels and a car shell added. Robots like these sell for hundreds to $1000+

@Razzy, the Carrefours here in Taiwan have had KOs since I got here 15 years ago. At one point, one of the Carrefours near me had an absolutely huge selection of KO Alternators, with a big rotating glass display unit to show them off.

Found these on Aliexpress. Not much description in the listing. Anyone seen these before?
