Restraining bolt? does all the denizens in this kingdom have one? Is it kinda like a inhibitor kinda thing?

 

Glad you asked. Restraining bolts inhibit the power of ranged attacks. In order to ensure no injuries from misfires or gunfire, the Original Prime had each Transformer outfitted with them. It's a peace keeping effort.

Originally, robots without restraining bolts still had the same amount of firepower as the character they once were did. Being scaled down had no effect on their firearms.
