We have a couple of Iphone Threads, but everyday the Iphone gets more and more games. And aside from some reviews on IGN, a lot of these games go beyond the radar. Since the App store doesn't really highlight new games daily, there's really no way to tell what's new and what's good. So we can chime in here on games that we have played and enjoyed, and if anything weed out the good tower defense game from the bad ones ><

I just bought Glyder last night for 2 bucks. It's not too bad, kinda relaxing flying game.

I'll have to check that one. Is there a light version?

Tron Lovers can't go wrong with Light Bikes. It's the best version of the light cycles ever.

Galaxy on Fire for the Dagger's Rage in all of us... 3D Free Roaming space shooter with story missions and various side missions.

No lite version I am aware of, but it's kinda like Boggle on steroids. Well worth the couple of bucks it costs. Only iPhone game that's really kept my interest outside of Topple.

Topple is a blast. Also, definitely check out Aurora Feint. I hate block puzzle games, but this one uses the Iphone at its best. Not to mention that it adds the RPG element and the MMOR element to it as well.

After playing Galaxy on Fire, I became upset and almost posted a thread titled, "Where the hell are all the Space Shooters?" We have the tech to support a space GTA, where the galaxy is your sandbox and you can land on planets and explore, while having a polished shooter engine. GOF is definitely THIS, but light.

Oh and Galaga Remixed was just released for the App store. There is a light version to try before buy.
