And my answer is: nope.
I doubt it. I mean, anything's possible, but the paintjob on the figure is a clear G1 homage above all else. Though, considering this is the second movie TC figure, anything's possible...
Looking at the figure itself, you'd know that it completely rules Thundercracker out of the movie.
For I see no way there'd be a bright blue, with white and red trim, F-22 Raptor flying around. It would be beyond silly.
Just becuase he have a toy dosent means he is in the film Anybody remember mr Barricade from ROTF?
he could be but like stated many times before just because they get a figure doesn't guarantee them a spot in the movie but it is possible he might be in it but im going to say no
cool if he was but im sure he wont be
Better chance of Meghan fox in the movie over him. Probably will show up in the comics though
Speaking of which, has TC been killed off yet in the comics? I know he was a major player in Reign of Starscream and he survived in that, but I haven't been keeping up since.
He won't, or at least, he won't with that color scheme. Even if it was just for one short scene, I would love to see Starscream giving orders to a group of clones of himself (sans tattoos of course). Maybe give each one of them a unique head design. Would be great to see movie Starscream commanding his own fleet of jetcons (might need a new name for them though).
Thundercracker resurfaced in the IDW 'Tales of the Fallen' series for one issue, then disappeared again...was never 'officially' killed, just disappeared since.
Shame...SS SHOULD have his fellow Seekers in the movies.
The only way Thundercracker, with that color scheme, could appear in the movie is if he scanned an F-18 of the Blue Angels.
But seeing as he's an F-22 Raptor, it should be self-explanatory.
I highly doubt it, but he would be an awesome addition to DOTM. Thundercracker is one of the few Bayverse characters I really like who hasn't been in a movie, he was great as Starscream's right hand man in Reign of Starscream.
But as others have pointed out this is a clear G1 repaint which means take it with a grain of salt.
Just because he has a toy it doesn't mean he'll be in the movie.
The OP's naivete is astounding. That a figure of a character is slated for release in no way guarantees their appearance on film. Cases in point: (Movie-verse) Wreckage, Swindle and Clocker.
The only way i can see this as happening is if he takes the form of a "Blue Angel" if that makes sense...?
i highly doubht hes inthe film. but who knows SS is a full blown CGI character so i guess its possible.
I think he was being sarcastic.
There's more chance of Barricade coming back as a Decepticon clone then Thundercracker in DOTM.
Probably be in the video game
