Sorry, if the same threads are missing.

We see his head here, and Breakdown outside. Would SiB-Down need to eat or to use the Energon?

Human or Transformer? And did he needed to treat his skin somehow?

Well he seemed to be fused with breakdowns internal systems in "thirst" so I'm gonna say that energon would be his primary fuel. Plus I doubt knock out would have fed Silas human food

Interesting question. I suspect that Breakdown's robotic systems are capable of processing or refining Energon/other fuel sources into safe energy for the human body to absorb, artificial sustenance and all that jazz.

He reminds me of the Strogg from Quake2/4.

Somehow, the robot side of him can keep his organic body alive, so he probably just needs Energon.

Energy is energy, if those tubes carry it into his body in a way that it can be utilized, he'll be able to survive. If tehre was some way to disperse the energy of a car battery into my body in a way it could use it, I wouldn't have to eat, either.

All I can think of is how carzy complex that backdrop inside of Breakdown is, and then I realise it's just a static picture and not actually a rendered model. Hence why Silas looks so freaking weird next to it. It looks like it might be taken from something.

Then another question: BreakDown and Silas lack the same eye. And if the eyes were differnt, would there be another pattern?
I don't know, if the human sees with his own eye or BreakDown's. I cannot even say, in wich part of BreakDown Silas is. Must be the chest part.

What bothers me is: I posted this thread almost two years ago. My questions might have already been discussed, but I could have missed it.

Cylas is not missing a Cybertronian eye, which is good plot continuity.

Consider how Breakdown lost his eye in the first place.

    (should it properly be C.Y.L.A.S.?)

Anti Theon, I think- it shouldn't. We now observe Silas and BreakDown as two different parts of one creature.
The question is: what part of BD's body is occupied by Silas. Maybe, he cannot see anything from there, and BD's eye is the equipment that provides the view ability.

I'm with you, but some people get crazy about acronyms.

When Airachnid tears Cylas open to get at his spark, she is surprised to see Silas's face, so I'd say his head is roughly central chest -- given that we've never seen a spark anywhere else.

Again referring to the final conversation between Silas and Airachnid, he seemed to look at her with that human eye.

However, I don't think that makes your question a bad one, as I don't see how his human brain is going to "see" with two sets of eyes. Unless he has a little viewscreen in there (and we don't know that he doesn't) it would seem to me that he'd suffer from the effects of doubled vision.

It's not a huge plot point, but it's a valid nitpick.

As a nitpick myself (who missed it) I have to call it a good catch.
