No Rescue Bots until 2012? Way to deprive us of what the fandom wants, Ha$bl0w.

Interesting. The Rescue Bots might be worth viewing like Super Hero Squad is to Marvel fans

SHS had some good writing I admit, but holy moly do I cringe every time I hear the theme song.

Um.... am I the only one alarmed at how MLP and TFP are on the "returning shows" list, but GI Joe Renegades is NOT?

(And apparently I'm not the only one)

Man, G.I. Joe can never catch a break. There goes the 3 year plan.

Well at least this means that sooner than expected, stubborn ol' Flint may finally get the damn message that COBRA IS EVIL.

It might have been oversight by the press department?

    Or not.

Season 1's probably in the can by now.

Though I wonder how much of this decision has to do with Clement Sauve passing away, given he's the main designer - one would think they could replace him if necessary, but maybe not.

Still, yeah. GI Joe can't catch a break.

Nice to see yet more confirmation of TFP season 2, and a Rescue Bots show is a nice surprise. Wasn't expecting that to happen. As for GI Joe Renegades ending...sad for the fans of it, but personally, as long as TFP continues, I'll be happy :D

GI Joe Renegades ending is a shame, but maybe they'll pull a Unicron Trilogy and have the next Joe show be a sequel to it, with them an actual unit now, no longer on the run, and trying to stop Cobra Industries directly.

I hope they can avoid any burning desire to do a "Transformers:Animated" with the Gi Joe Toyline - I can't speak for other Gi Joe Fans but I prefer them to look more like any other 3.75" figure line based on something sensible and not like something from a Batman toyline.

I'd see that as a bad thing ... but if there's a market for it I guess Hasbro will feel the need to try something to bring in younger fans - even if I'd be happier with something that pushed for the more usual super-realism (i.e almost believable).

I realise some Gi Joe Figures have been slightly stylised in the past but I think since ROC they've actually done a pretty OK job with the joints and such pretty much working properly now.

If the toys looked like a Paul Dini Cartoon I'd not really see any need to buy them at all.

I hope that this is what is planned, or that GI Joe Renegade not being on the list is an oversight.

I love what they are doing with the show and am looking forward to all the players officially becoming a Joe Team.

Your idea would work by ending this series with the Joe team formation and Cobra being outed. The next continuing series can play out more like the original series where Gi Joe vs Cobra is the main theme.

If the show is over that is sad.

About TF: Prime, I am overly excited about season 2 but I thought that was confirmed long ago.

    Rescue Bots? No thanx

TFP returning shouldn't be a surprise, because Hasbro has said that TFP will be the continuity going forward for the foreseeable future. Unless it's like AEC where it'll have different lines/series.

Stylistically speaking, G.I.Joe:Renegades IS "G.I.Joe: Animated", but the Renegades figures are 25th/ME styled

Okay I thought my reading skills were just that poor or maybe I didn't get enough sleep but other people have spotted the lack of GI Joe Renegades.

Darn between GI Joe and Transformers that made for a fairly good chance of having something new each week on The Hub. Even if it wasn't GI Joe Renegades I'd still love to see some kind of new GI Joe series on The Hub.
