My stuff delivered cant wait to get out of school for it

 

In Florida. Received deluxes and micro masters today. Never received an email confirmation of purchase or shipping. Well packaged. Look great.

 

I think it depends on your location. If you're extremely rural, you're going to get the low rung on the ladder workers and if you're in a large city, you're going to get the contracted "I don't give a crap" workers. The smaller cities and metros, like mine (Youngstown) seem to fare better than too small or too big. I actually have more problems with the USPS than I do the other two.

FedEx is usually pretty accommodating to my wishes (if I'm not home, take it to the apartment office, if not there, back to the depot and I can go pick it up later that night before closing) and they've always been extremely nice to me about it.

UPS will bend over backward with options for me. (Lockers, counter pickup, apartment office, etc.)

USPS will leave it if no one's home (which is nice because they have a key and the building's secured) but they won't leave it at the office (even though they can!) and they won't get out and even try for Sunday Amazon delivery. I've had to literally chase down a truck on foot to get the carrier's attention. When I told him they have buttons to gain access, you'd have thought I blew his mind by the look on his face. It was straight up "lolwhut?!" and another one admitted that most people won't answer the door buzzer, so they don't even try so they can save gas and time. I went over their heads and complained. They've been delivering like clockwork, for now, but that's more because of the holidays than anything else.

Fortunately, the regular mail carrier (M-S) does his (sometimes her) job correctly and always pleasant and nice.

That's just my experience, though. YMMV.

 

I live in a relatively big city and have had MULTIPLE problems with fedex

 

Well I called up Fedex to ask them what the f*ck their doing with my order and they said due to "delays" it won't be delivered till next week.

For f*ck sake!

 

There's definitely something up with their timing. I checked the tracking at 9:40 AM yesterday and it told me that my package had been delivered... at 10:05 AM. Apparently Fedex is subcontracting out their tracking updates to Madam Cleo.

 

Definitely starting to lose hope of a restock. That's the last time I go without my phone for a couple hours.

I JUST NOW realized the Deluxes were 10 dollars cheaper than they should be (plus the discount). No wonder the sold so fast.

 

Its alright, I skipped because I forgot about free shipping and figured the shipping cost would eliminate any possible savings from the coupon.

 

Received mine today in Missouri if anyone needs more reference.

 

Received mine yesterday, am in Chicago. They're not messing around with shipping these out quick. Hope for a restock on those Voyagers, need that Optimus!

 

Mine were shipped with air cushions.

 

The Battle Masters were in stock as of this morning. Ordered them along with the 2/3 Patrols in stock with the 20% off code.

 

Same thing for me. Uuuugh. Why not try again today??

 

Mine were a day early and, I'm in Texas.

 

Thanks for posting, unfortunately they come in just under the free shipping threshold which wipes out the saving if you just want those three  

 

Yeah I have another order they were suppose to deliver last night that they didn't so I don't understand they didn't try and just say eh Monday sounds good.

Honestly I'm so angry in Fedex this time and how both my BBTS and Hasbrotoyshop orders weren't delivered that I've filed a complaint with them, probably won't do anything but hey I'd rather let them know just how much of a piece of sh*t they are.

 

Man, every time I see an update on this thread, I hope in vain that the Deluxes or Voyagers are back in stock...

My whining aside, the delivery crap with FedEx is nuts.

 

Weren't delivered when they said they would be, or weren't delivered at all?
