We need more Megatrons that transform into body parts. Eventually we could have some sort of giant Megatron Gestalt.

I would say Kickback, But both are pretty neck in neck so I call tie. Now Kickback has a crazy Cybertronian power were he can discharge body fluids on laptops from a unheard of distance. And Backstop has the bounty hunter ability to get rid of unwanted females and set them up with there inferior others, even though there is a loss of rest at his expense.
