I'm going to have to agree. My lady friend is a really picky eater and she didn't have a single complaint when it came to the food. And having multiple buffets made it even better. In the end, I'm not going to complain about a spread that has all-you-can-eat cheeseburgers. :3

With this years boxset the problem was people missing the weapons/cyberkeys that are suppose to be in a plastic bag under the foam insert with the techspec cards. All you had to do is go to the info booth with your boxed set and they would take care of it.

Yeah that happened to both my girlfriend and I. Fortunately I had my cell phone and the 800 number on the back of the card. 10 minutes later, the freeze on my account was lifted and I purchased my exclusives.

Indeed the cheese burgers were pretty good. and the chicken was moist and fully cooked, two things you rarely find in buffet chicken breast. In general this was one of the best dinners in years. There was plenty of food and it was easy to get a hold of. My only issue is that you had to contend with all the drunks at the drink table to get a soda or water. Next year it would be better if they had seperate places for soda/water and alcohol.

    Food was good!

WTF is with people bringing suitcases all over the dealer room, these people should not be allowed in and when you have children running all over and a billion strollers all at once it makes the room a giant clusterfuck.

Ugh, that guy was so nerdy even I wanted to beat him up. Even listening to him talk was painful. I bet his job is a fist magnet, he'd be REAL good at it.

    *Question to Tyrese*
"Um... I was just wondering... *nerdy sounds* What do you think of your Human Alliance toy with Sideswipe? *more nerdy sounds*"

Really? You honestly think Tyrese follows the toyline and knows that there's a miniature toy of him that isn't out for months, much less that he can recall it by a brief mention of a "Human Alliance" toy? Really?

The Best: End-of-convention dealer room deals. I walked away with a set of Animated toys for far far less than retail (something about the dealer not wanting to ship it back to the warehouse).

Is that the kid who's parents was advertising for? The whole family had t-shirts with his youtube name. If so that is not the same kid.

The Good - buying all the stuff I wanted, got all the autographs and I sung ''you got the touch'' on guitar heroes and Stan Bush standing next to me and watching me when I done it

The bad - the lines, big headed security and not everyone taking credits cards

    P.S
Anyone see that sexy Baroness walking around

I know it would be nice if everyone did, but you have to realize that a lot of us who set up as dealers are not professionals. We are collectors just like you who have extra toys to sell. The cost for me to set up to take cards is far more than the couple of extra sales I might make.

    Good:
    - Getting to see tons of you guys again.
    - Meeting awesome new folks, like GogDog, Grimlocka-go-go, artoni, gmfan, Lady Darkstr, smokescreen-38, Mpir3, and DJW.
    - Participating a bit in WTF@TFW.
    - Great prices on the add-on exclusive toy sets.
    - Pretty much the entire Party at Paramount.
    - Hasbro's ginormous booth.
    - Learning that Animated Rodimus, Cyb Ratchet, Arcee, and Blackout will be released.
    - Hasbro's panels.
    - Weird Al/David Kaye panel.
    - Tons of kids at the con, and a huge turnout in general. This was great to see, and means good things for the TF brand.
    - The area around the con center in Pasadena. Great for walking, and had some very good restaurants, like Yard House, Tokyo Wako, and Rubio's. MUCH better than Cincy, Lexington, Frisco, or Rosemont, and at least on-par with Providence.
    - "Yo Dawg, I heard...."

    Bad:
    - Lines, of course, but I'm long past being used to it.
    - Lots of missing TFWers. :(

    WTF:
    - It's been covered, but bears repeating to infinity: socially-ignorant fanboys/fangrrls/douchebags asking ridiculous questions at panels.

Word to both of you. My cheeseburger was damned tasty, and the salad and mac-n-cheese cup were great, too.

Except no one wanted to come down below $160 on a Henkei Thrust & Dirge set. But I did find a Henkei Thrust for $55 MISB, that gives me plenty of room for finding a Henkei Dirge.

^dude where the fuck did you find a Red Alert, I walked in and everyone i talked to said they didn't have one, and saw maybe 2 or 3 in the entire place, and those went with in the first 2 min.

Same for Tit Grimlock, could not find this guy for the life of me.
Lucked out on Tit Prowl though

Bodhar2000 had a bunch. He was selling them for I think $35 and they really did fly off the shelves. I do believe he has some more back in Japan though I'm not too sure what he's charging with shipping.

    The Good:
Meeting up with friends and checking out Transformers.

    The Bad:
    The long lines.

    WTF:
Douchebags that cut in line at the Hasbro Booth

    "Are you in line?"
    "No."
(I stand in line at this point.)
['**** walks ahead and stands there. Once someone was done with purchase, he shouts "I'm next!"]

Next time man, wait in line like everyone else. You're not special.

    The Good:
Meeting up with a few fellow Board members and meeting new folks
    Paramount Party ROCKED
Nice area around the convention center
Finding some decent deals on G1 Japanese stuff and microns!
    Shaking hands with WEIRD AL!
Being told that FedEx Ground was much cheaper than UPS
    Punch/Counterpunch
All the deals Bodhar2000 gave me

    The Bad:
    The lines
Hearing "The Touch" for the umpteenth time
People screaming like little girls whenever something "neat" happened
People constantly asking the Voice Actors for hugs and autographs - just stand in line next time
All the money I spent at Bodhar2000 table :rolleyes2

    The WTF!:
The swag at the Paramount Party was a poster. Just a poster.
Artists asking for $$$ for sketches. Man the economy must be bad. I remember when they were all free!
