Now why didn't I think of making this thread? It's kinda obvious now it's been done.

you are a very brave man with that Electro. those are awesome molds, hope they recast at least Electro in good plastic. can't wait to see the neon.

I'd love a recast of Electro in safer plastics too. I took those photos a year or so ago when I was digging though my old TF storage. I was super careful with him but I can't see myself handling him much anymore just in case.

    My first transformer, yo.

I'm actually in the somewhat process of restoring it right now, at least in terms of having all of the body parts its supposed to. Gonna see about paint tomorrow, and ideally have myself a presentable black lambo sooner than later once again. :)

This needs to happen so much. Both of mine are shattered at the knees. It's such a cool figure, just screwed over by GPS.

Me too. Him and Grimlock are what got me back into collecting toys. Like all kids, I had put toys behind me. Then when I was in about 10th grade, Transformers Generation 2 came out. I had wanted Sideswipe and Grimlock so bad when I was a kid but never had them. So I snatched up G2 Sidewipe and Grimlock. I was so glad just to have them that the different colors didn't bother me. I was hooked and have been collecting toys ever since.

    Also, Green Snarl. :D

I have a green Slag (had it since I was a kid), but something tells me that I'll have a matching pair eventually.

Speaking of which, I saw a brightly coloured truck the other day & instinctively yelled out TURBOFIRE!!!

Best part is that it looked to be the right model as well as colour, and even had a large hoodscoop. Granted, you couldn't see engine parts or anything (or robot legs in the back), but it was close enough to warrant a little marking out.
