I would love it if any Masterforce, Victory or Zone toys got encored.

 

Grand is probably a given since we're getting Fort. I'm suggest Scorpy / BZ is probably a goer too.

I'd love more figures from that era - Headmasters, Targetmasters etc. I've got them all vintage but mmm, minty boxed goodness  

 

Generally I'd say anything that hasn't previously been reissued or KO'd is welcome. With Fort Max coming I suspect we'll see more Head/Targetmasters (has Blurr ever been reissued? I know Hot Rod and Kup have). Personally I'd like to see Punch/Counterpunch, Trypticon, Computron, Raiden...

Finally, and I guess these are unlikely since the G1 comics were more of a US/UK thing, but I'd like to see some big "character" releases like Bludgeon, Thunderwing, Nightbeat etc.

 

Encore #24 - Scorponok?

Have there been any interviews or statements made by Takara/Tomy employees that either confirm or suggest that an Encore Scorponok is coming soon?

Is there anyone on this site that can share insider knowledge about Takara/Tomy plans? Just a hint maybe?

It makes sense to release it after they do Fortress Maximus. I really hope they do.

Well, I love Encore! Other than Masterpiece, it's all I really collect anymore. And now that Toy Fair is over, I can say there isn't a single toy on Hasbro's release list that excited me. So it's all up to Takara to fill my TF void this year!

MPs are chugging along at a wonderful rate....but what about Encore?

I picked up 20A and other than some initial quibbles about the parts not fitting as well as I'd like, I have to say over all I'm really pleased. It's cool to have a Devastator again for the first time in over 20 years! And the new colors are sharp!

So what's next? Nothing announced after Fort Max, number 23. Seems like there should at least be an announcement sometime soon, no?

I'm still hoping for the Dinobots but I know it's a long shot. Computron would be incredible too. I already have Prowl but I wouldn't be surprised to see him again, what with the MP coming soon. After all, it's been over 10 years since a Prowl reissue was available in Japan...maybe they'll dig him up.

What do you guys think or hope is next?
