Synopsis: Soundwave decides to see what happens if he were to beat up everyone. Enjoy. Aboard the Nemesis, idly hovering in the cloudy atmosphere above a sprawling ocean, deep within the ships confines, stood a Decepticon unlike any other. His body was thin, sleek, angular. His arms, long and broad, formed by wings. His legs were slightly thicker, broader. His face was but a blank monitor, his mind but a never-ending calculation. Soundwave was contemplating today, a rare activity, considering he was generally busy decoding relic coordinates and keeping an eye on the ship. And he was contemplating a very interesting subject indeed. He knew he was powerful; even the grenade-loving Wrecker had fallen to his skill. He knew he was feared; even the ambitious Starscream was too scared to ever dare defy him. He knew he was deceptive; even Optimus Prime was fooled by his decoy run. So, what would happen if he beat up everyone? Was it possible for him to beat up everyone? Could it be done? This subject had puzzled him for a long while, but now, he was ready to find out. It was very simple how he would do this; he would go and beat up everyone. Thus, his decision made, Soundwave exited his room, approached the nearest Vehicon and punched it in the face. The drone slumped, unconscious, and Soundwave noted that the first test had gone very well. Vehicons, however, are far too easy to beat up. He needed bigger targets. He went into the Insecticon colony and punched one in the face. The drone slumped, unconscious, and Soundwave noted the second test had gone very well. The other Insecticons didn't seem to care that he had punched one of their number in the face, simply hissing and staring at him. Insecticons, however, are far too easy to beat up. Well, some are harder to beat up, but Soundwave decided not to bother searching out a badass Insecticon, since the last badass Insecticon got killed by a human. So, Soundwave left the colony and went to the med-bay, where Knock-Out was fiddling with his prod. He looked up at the other Decepticon's entrance, and asked: "Hey, Soundwave, do you know when Megatron wants hi-" Soundwave punched him in the face. Knock-Out yelped in pain, clutching his face, but he was not knocked out. Angered, he snarled: "You dare attack me?! Fine! You punch my face, I punch yours-" Soundwave had somehow gone behind Knock-Out while he had been snarling, reached around his torso, held on and flipped backward, slamming the doctor's head into the floor via German Suplex in a horrible screech of impacted metal and sparks. Now Knock-Out was knocked out. Also, he'd probably suffered severe processor damage. Oh well. Soundwave noted the third test had gone very well, but alas, Knock-Out was far too easy to beat up. Soundwave needed tougher victims. So, he went to find Dreadwing. The jet was on top of the ship, meditating. Taking a moment to respect the second-in-command's solemn contemplation, Soundwave came up from behind and kicked Dreadwing's back. "Ouch!" The Leiutenant complained, getting back up, drawing his sword and turning to face his attacker. "Soundwave?! You dare challenge me? Very well!" In a blur of blade, Dreadwing sliced and diced, but Soundwave was too fast, blocking and deflecting the wild strikes with ease, before raising a foot up and kicked Dreadwing in the abdomen. In that flicker of pain, Dreadwing dropped his sword, which Soundwave seized by the tip and rammed the handle down onto the jet's head with a loud BANG! Dreadwing valiantly lashed out, disorientated, but Soundwave dodged, kicked out the larger 'Cons legs, bringing him to his hands and knees, before he seized the jet's head and, Dreadwing's eyes widening with horror as his own fearful reflection faced him, head-butted him into unconsciousness. Like a boss The fourth test had gone very well, but Soundwave still was not satisfied. So, he went to find Megatron. Megatron was currently in the bridge, musing to himself about evil plans, the Dark Star Saber settled on his back. Soundwave approached his Leader, took a moment to appreciate the gleaming purple blade and silently apologise for what he had to do, before he extended a tentalce and smacked the back of Megatron's head. The warlord reeled from the blow, before he turned, enraged, and, noting who had done it, declared: "Soundwave! Why would you do that?" Soundwave shrugged, and smacked Megatron again. Furious, Megatron drew his evil sword and slashed at Soundwave, whom dodged, slide under the larger Decepticon and kicked out a leg. The warlord swung his Prime arm round, and Soundwave narrowly avoided having his head sliced off, before punching Megatron, knocking him onto his back. Before Megatron could get back up, Soundwave curb-stomped his face, knocking him unconscious. Soundwave noted the fifth test had gone very well, and wondered if he should feel guilty for beating up his Leader. Oh well. He still wasn't satisfied, though. He needed to go beat up more Cybertronians. Soundwave transformed into his UAV form and flew off the Nemesis. Now was the time to find the Autobots and begin the new tests..... ------- The problem with beating up Autobots, though, is finding them. So, Soundwave went hunting for the one 'Bot not in a safe base; Wheeljack. It was easy to track a big white gunship, and Soundwave landed next to the prone vessel, parked at the base of a mountain near a forest. Wheeljack himself was chilling out on a rock nearby, and looked up at Soundwave's arrival. He tilted his head, optics narrowing, and asked: "I assume you're here for round two?" Soundwave shook his head. He'd already beaten up Wheeljack; he wanted new Autobot victims. So, he pointed to Wheeljack, then held up six fingers. "You want to fight the others?" Wheeljack asked, and Soundwave nodded. With that said, allowing himself a chuckle, the Wrecker jumped down, entered his ship and turned on the communications. "Wheeljack to Outpost Omega, you copy?" "Loud and clear." Bulkhead answered. "What is it?" "Soundwave wants to fight you guys." "Cool, we'll be there in a sec." So, with that, Soundwave turned and waited. As he expected, the bright green ground-bridge flared into existence, and through it stepped the Autobots; Bumblebee and Smokescreen, followed by Bulkhead, then Arcee, Optimus Prime and finally Ratchet. Pragmatic as ever, Soundwave did not hesitate to attack before his foes were ready; he proceeded the seize the first two, who were shocked by this lack of honor, and slam their heads together, then darting around to kick the crap out of Bulkhead, before seizing and pile-driving Arcee headfirst into the ground, then finally rearing a tentacle to slap Ratchet to the floor. Obviously, this left Optimus Prime, whom declared: "So, Soundwave; you sought a challenge, yet attacked my soldiers before they were ready?" Soundwave shrugged, and beckoned Optimus forward, ready to face off against the Prime. "If you insist." The truck stated, before lunging forward, his fist aiming straight at Soundwave's face, who simply leaned out of the way, being sure to jab at Optimus' undefended side. Optimus staggered from the hit, but swung round in a roundhouse kick that nearly took off Soundwave's head. He lunged forward, aiming at the Prime's gut, but for once, Optimus was faster, rolling out of the way and delivering another kick which successfully hit Soundwave in the back. He staggered forward, processor whirring with errors at recieving a hit. He turned slowly, and his screen flashed red. With terrifying speed, Soundwave flung his tentacles out at Prime, seizing him by the arms and throwing him upwards, before slamming him into the ground. Optimus groaned in pain, attempted to get up, but Soundwave's foot slammed down onto his head, a reminder to never challenge- Wheeljack leapt in, kicking Soundwave off Optimus, before coming at him, swords flashing in the light. Soundwave deflected the new attacks, before twirling behind Wheeljack and smacking him to the floor. But by now, the other Autobots had gotten back up and were ready to engage the Decepticon. Soundwave felt an odd stimulation within him; excitement. He wanted this, wanted to fight every Autobot at once, and thus, the battle was joined. Arcee leapt above him, peppering him with laser blasts, but he endured the attack, seized a leg with a tentacle and flung her at Smokescreen, whom dodged under the femme and jumped into a flying kick, which Soundwave dodged and neatly transitioned into backhanding a charging Ratchet. Bumblebee's fists came at him, and Soundwave was pressued into stepping back to avoid the attack, and Bulkhead joined in, swinging with his mace, but Soundwave slide under it, and with a lash of his arm, directed the mace into hitting poor Bumblebee. Smokescreen lunged at him, but the UAV seized him mid-flight and slammed him into Bulkhead. Arcee rejoined the fray, but Soundwave simply kicked her into Ratchet. Like a boss. Wheeljack was the last to lunge, but as with Smokescreen, Soundwave simply seized him and slammed him head-first into the unfortunate Optimus. Soundwave noted the Autobot-Test had goen very well as he stood among the groaning Autobots, before walking away. He'd done it. He'd beaten up everyone! He defeated the other Decepticons, he defeated the Autobots, he'd- Wait. No. He hadn't beaten up everyone just yet. ------- Starscream was chilling in the Harbinger, cycling through the Internet, eager to find the Tap-Dancing Monkey and engross himself in the repetitive yet amusing primate shennanigins. "Ah, humans. Vile and primitive, but they spawn such amusing concepts." He chuckled. He briefly stopped at what was described as an Epic Fail, featuring one person trying to jump over a fence, but ended up getting caught on it and smacking his head, before the jet mused: "And they also spawn such astonishing unintelligent acts." Nevertheless, he laughed, and decided to see what other Epic Fails he could find. But as he looked up at the screen, he saw behind it none other than- "Soundwave!" He screamed, falling backwards in horror as the faceless monster approached him. "How did you find me?! NO WAIT, PLEASE DON'T HURT M-" Starscream's promptly struck down with a severe case of Fist-meets-Face, and Soundwave noted the Rogue-Test had gone very well. -------- Back at the Nemesis, Megatron was not pleased, still nursing his aching head. "I understand that even you get bored sometimes, Soundwave." He growled. "But we do not appreciate being attacked by our communications officer! You are condemned to the brig!" Soundwave simply nodded and walked off to the brig. While he may have got in trouble, at least he was no longer puzzled over whether or not he could beat everyone up. Just before he left the room, he turned to Megatron and upon his screen, a Successful Troll gif played. Like a boss.
