The Cygar on my kup head came off before I even removed the head from the box!

I barely touched the iGear Cygar head and the cigar fell off. :(  I hadn't even removed the head from the foam yet. Just a warning to you guys who got it. Be careful with it.

Also the screw on the head has a narrow prong holes so you almost have to use the screwdriver they give you. It's going to cramp the hand a little too.

Try some crazy glue. I know, sucks that you have to do that. I fixed my arcee by using Instant Krazy Glue Advanced Formula. It dried in literally seconds.

    This is what you do:
    - Get tweezers
    - Put the cigar in the tweezers
    - Open up the crazy glue and have the head ready
    - hold the crazy glue facing upwards and squeeze the crazy glue lightly until you can barely see it bubbling at the top
    - dip the cigar toward the bubble so only the smallest amount gets on it
    - Glue it to the head. You have like 2 or 3 seconds to get it in the correct place

If done right, there will be no color loss from the glue.

Sure, you can glue it, but why should you have to? They should totally offer to replace broken samples, especially if they don't want this to be the last item people actually buy.

I was just about to order this too.

I think I'll hold off for a bit.

Pinning it will probably do the trick. Will definitely do that when mine arrive. Pinning is going to help things much better than straight glue, but it does require a pin vise and careful hands. I think a pin vise is one of the most important things for a collector!

I don't know how good they are with this practice. Not to mention the roundtrip of the order will be another month at the least.

    Maybe easier to glue it.

Don't get me wrong. I think it is rediculous that is the quality they are selling. I was seriously debating the MP coneheads. Debate over I guess.

Fell off or broke off? If it just fell off was it supposed to be removable?

It's not that serious to me. It's such a small piece that sticks out and I'd rather have it fall off during shipping than for it to break. Krazy gluing is such a minor fix, I'm not even gonna complain about it

Opened mine 30 minutes ago and no problems at all. It even fits a lot tighter than the original Hasbro head which bobbled around. So I am real happy.

For the record, I did glue the cigar back on. I just hope the glue holds. I don't want to be missing a tiny cigar. It's almost not recoverable in carpet.

I just wanted to warn people to be careful since they may not be so careful and end up losing the cigar.

    Here is a quick picture
