So it's basically a computer that you can never have the keyboard upgraded?

No. It's a computer that doesn't need the keyboard upgraded. There's a difference.

    This.

Also, it has USB ports so I don't see why you couldn't put your own sub-standard downgrade of a keyboard on there if you really wanted to.

I guess being stuck with that one keyboard is better than the old iMac. Being stuck with a monitor you can't upgrade. I'd think upgrading screen size would be more apt to happen than upgrading the keyboard. Still not seeing the appeal of this over a tower though. Is it purely nostalgia or something?

    Duh.

Man, the C-64 was the system my family had. I had a ton of fun games on it including but not limited to Racing Destruction, Crossroads, and even Star Trek. We even had a subscription for a while to the magazine. When I was older it got moved into my room as I was the only one playing anything on it anymore in the days before I finally got a NES (I was very late to getting a NES).

That is awesome. Not getting it, but quite awesome. That it's even got a C-64 OS with the familiar blue screen is a very neat touch.
