Judging by the shape and size of Swindle and Brawls arms and legs, they're likely to be the size of Classic's Devastator appendages with Onslaught being the deluxe figure.

Not that I'm complaining mind you. It's just that there is no confirmation that they will be deluxe. I guess we'll learn more latter.

You know, I saw the picks too, and wondered about that. And that made me think boxset, incase they were smaller than dlx, because of Hasbro dlx only size thing for Generations. Then i thought more about it and realized that dlx are now smaller than they used to be too. I am really looking forward to more information, hopefully at toyfair and botcon.

Yeah, I'm thinking the combaticons are somewhere between the old average heights of deluxes and scouts.

But since things are looking like we're getting an honest-to-god PROPER combiner with limbs that are actually robots instead of drones, I'm not complaining.

Let's hope that this set sells like hot cakes and we get more combiners in the future. I want Predaking 2.0 now!

It also says it's one of the biggest combiners they ever produced.

So given that the biggest one is 12.5 inches... I won't get my hopes up this time around.

At the moment, even though I'm excited, I still take everything besides the fact that they're combine-able with a grain of salt.

It was also stated by hasbro that the ROTF Devastator would be over 2 feet tall.

    Didn't come out that way.

How tall is ROTF devastator? Wait do they count that as a combiner?

    Hmm....where?

I tried reading the exerts around the pics but didn't see anything concrete.

But I honestly hope you're right.

I am sooooo looking forward to this. I do wonder how they are going to have a deluxe as a torso and still be in proportion.

WHen was this said? The newsthread got too big, I may have missed it.

12.5 was Herc which was not a Hasbro release. I think the biggest they made (not including Movie Dev) was the Energon guys so I assume this guy will be about the size of FP Bruticus.

Wait, does he count as a anything?

I personally think that the decision to make FOC Bruticus came from the success of 3rd party "Explorer" and "Munitioner" which were done very well.

Hasbro is just like any other large company. If someone else is making a dollar then that's one less in their pocket.

I'm glad I did hold out on those 3rd party figures because ironically enough, the new combined legit set of Bruticus will still be cheaper that just one of these two FansProject figures.

The only true combiner that is all deluxe figures is Predaking who is arguably the best out of the whole lot.

No they are Deluxes they might be on the small side Like some RID ones are these day but they are Deluxes simply because all Scouts that I can think of have ball jointed limbs and many deluxes have some kind of screw or pins in the arms and legs these have screws in the knees and that is pretty much something you only see on a Deluxe and higher sizes (with only rare exceptions like Clockwise, or Breacher).
