Well, if so many people like them, I thought that we'd have a thread for all things Cinnabon.
Tried them for the first time in Pasadena last year. We have nothing like that in Sweden.
Well, sure we have cinnamon buns, rolls, etc., but nothing with that amount of sugar and fat in it.
My first impression was that it could be tasty if they ditched the frosting and the sugar content by 75%. Most cookies, pastries and candy I tried when I was there was incredibly fatty and/or sweet. Dunno if I managed to choose items with high contents of fat and sugar, or is it a common thing?
I was surprised when I saw that Cinnabons were part of the hotel BREAKFAST.
^ I think most franchised foodstuff is like that.
I FUCKING LOVE CINNABON CINNAMON ROLLS!
If you make your own "Cinnabons" there are not that sugary or fatening.
Plus they are very good when there home made - I've tried them - although there are more than one recipe out there.
Conversely, when I lived in Europe I felt that the pastries weren't sweet enough! There's definitely a difference.
There's actually a pretty good Cinnabon flavored coffee creamer out there. Normally I don't like flavored coffee stuff but this is too delicious to pass up.
They should include a mini heart defibrulator with every purchase at Cinnabon........CLEAR!!!
I love cinnabons! My restraint grows weak whenever I see one.
Cinnabon changed my life.
The last Cinnabon closed in my area many years ago. The last time I was in Florida I actually bought some and flew them back to VA with me. The plane smelled great. I miss that place.
*dives into thread* A few months ago, my Mrs. Fields closed down and I was a sad Panda. But then they opened a Cinnabon in its place. And all is right with the world.
I was a mallrat in my late teens, as I'm sure most others were at that age. I was there so much that the employees of Cinnabon thought I worked at The Gap. I would always get my sodas from Cinnabon because they were the cheapest there, and the employees would give me the mall employee discount on top of that.
Just thought that was a funny story to share, I do love Cinnabons, but it's gotta be a few and far between treat. Don't trust my metabolism anymore to be having 2 a morning.
I had Cinnabon yesterday. I am a new man.
I had cinnamon rolls this morning and they had Cinnabon frosting... they were delicious...
I was at Zap Zone today, when someone was eating one. It smelled delicious. I haven't had one for a few years.
Wow, we'll just make a thread for anything nowadays.
Why don't you just get a friend who's a supporter to make a Social Group? Then you're not cluttering this forum with, what is for all intents and purposes, pointless.
I'm grumpy today.
You should start a social group for pointless posts.
In my defense, it was all TJ Duckett's idea.
Sell out. XD
