Is there context to this? Heard on the grapvine? Because I'm of the opinion that after TLK, they're probably doing a quiet hard reboot with this and not caring about smoothing out continuity errors that may arise from this, and I really expect a quick Prime cameo in this.
(also if true weird how Optimus gets the G1 sillohette but Bumblebee gets to keep the movie one)

Thanks for the info! Two quick questions, if you don't mind...

    1. Does he have flame designs?

    2. Does he have the first trilogy head, or AOE/TLK head?

Oh, okay. If you find the picture of the truck, I'd be curious to see it.

Hmm interesting, it very well could be Optimus. It's hard to tell from that angle whether or not it's a modern semi, can anyone identify what type of truck it is?

From what I can tell by seeing the side the truck is WAY too new to be in the movie unless Optimus time travels. Looks like a late 2000’s early 2010’s Model.

I kind of thought the same thing, but it's hard to tell because of the angle. The back looks kind of retro, but the side looks more sleek.

It would make more sense for Optimus to be in space during this movie. They could still give him a G1 robot mode, just not made out of truck parts.

It was a promo render I saw (thanks to a good connection of mine), very much like the sneak peek I saw for Bumblebee (You guys may remember that thread). Sadly, I cannot tell if he'll be in the movie like that (or in the movie at all). But he'll be on toy packaging.

    Did not see any flames.

First trilogy head but more towards G1.

    It was an earth mode.

You guys may not have to wait a long time to see. Hopefully, very soon.

Also about Bumblebee. You guys are yet to see his legs. Allow me to describe:
    1. The yellow thigh guards are on the sides and oval in shape.
    2. His legs including feet does not look skeletal. Instead it looks more boxy. Not like the G1 type because the hood is now on his chest. But imagine G1 Prowl (cartoon version, not the toy).
    3. Overall, Bumblebee is slightly more "fat".

I'm so glad they're going for a cuter looking Bumblebee. Also if they're going for a Prowl style, or Prowle if you will, I hope we get some sort of Bluestreak or Silverstreak or Smokestreak retool out of the deluxe Bumblebee. Just something weird like that.

So what's the title of this movie?

Is it Bumblebee: The Movie, or just Bumblebee?

For a while I've been hearing "Bumblebee: The Movie", but a couple things recently have been calling it "Bumblebee" (including official Paramount Twitter pages, which just say #bumblebee). I can't tell if they've dropped "the movie" part or not.

I'm assuming "Transformers: Universe Bumblebee" has been abandoned. My guess is that "Universe" was going to be the subtitle for all the spinoffs, kind of like "A Star Wars Story". Now that everything else has been put on hiatus, I'm guessing they wanted a title that could stand on it's own.
